Abstract
【解決手段】100℃以下の熱収縮開始温度以上で熱収縮する物性を持つ有機系材料を用いた非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、水との親和性を有し水の沸点よりも低い温度で共沸現象を起こす物質の溶媒と前記セパレータとを触れさせて前記セパレータ中の水分と前記溶媒による共沸点を前記熱収縮の温度より低くする溶媒含浸工程101と、前記溶媒に触れさせたセパレータを、当該セパレータが熱収縮する温度より低く、且つ前記共沸点より高い温度で乾燥させる乾燥工程102と、を順に行う。

Claims (6)
- 100℃以下の熱収縮開始温度以上で熱収縮する物性を持つ有機系材料を用いた非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、
水との親和性を有し水の沸点よりも低い温度で共沸現象を起こす物質の溶媒と前記セパレータとを触れさせて前記セパレータ中の水分と前記溶媒による共沸点を前記熱収縮開始温度より低くする溶媒含浸工程と、
前記溶媒に触れさせたセパレータを乾燥させる乾燥工程と、
を順に行う非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法。 - 請求項1に記載の非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、
前記乾燥工程は前記有機系材料の前記熱収縮開始温度より低く、且つ当該乾燥工程が行われる圧力状態での共沸点より高い温度で乾燥させる非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、
前記乾燥工程は大気圧より低圧状態で行われる非水系蓄電デバイスの乾燥方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、
前記溶媒はエタノールである非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法において、
前記セパレータに用いられる有機系材料はポリオレフインである非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法。 - 正極部材と、負極部材と、電解液と、セパレータと、これらの部材を収納する収納部材とを有する蓄電装置の製造方法において、
前記請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の非水系蓄電デバイス用セパレータの乾燥方法にて乾燥させたセパレータを用いて蓄電装置を製造する蓄電装置の製造方法。
