Description
Claims (20)
- シール部材(1)が、ほぼH字形の断面形状を備えたシール異形材(2)を有することを特徴とするシール部材(1)。
- 前記シール異形材(2)は、横断面で見て、互いに間隔をおいて隣接配置された2つの長手方向ウェブ(3,4)を有していて、該2つの長手方向ウェブ(3,4)は、横ウェブ(5)によって互いに結合されている、請求項1記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記シール異形材(2)は、横断面で見て、前記横ウェブ(5)の中心に配置されている仮想平面(6)を挟んで対称的に形成されている、請求項1又は2記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記横ウェブ(5)は、ジョイント(7)として形成されていて、該ジョイント(7)を中心にして前記長手方向ウェブ(3,4)は相対的に洗濯ばさみ状に旋回運動可能である、請求項2又は3記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記長手方向ウェブ(3,4)は、それぞれ前記横ウェブ(5)を起点として一方にクランプアーム(8,9)を、かつ他方にシールリップ(10,11)を有している、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- それぞれ前記横ウェブ(5)を起点として見たとき、前記長手方向ウェブ(3,4)それぞれの前記シールリップ(10,11)の長さ(12,13)は、対応する前記クランプアーム(8,9)の長さ(14,15)の少なくとも2倍である、請求項5記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記クランプアーム(8,9)は、係止突起状に形成されている、請求項5又は6記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記クランプアーム(8,9)の前記長さ(14,15)は、前記横ウェブ(5)の枢着に有効な幅(16)の0.75〜1.5倍である、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記シールリップ(10,11)は、互いに向かい合っている側面(17,18)によって、潤滑剤(19)によって満たされた潤滑剤リザーバ(20)を画定している、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記シールリップ(10,11)の前記互いに向かい合っている側面(17,18)及び/又は互いに反対側を向いている側面(21,22)は、表面成形部(23)を有している、請求項9記載のシール部材(1)。
- 当該シール部材(1)は、材料均一に形成されていて、エラストマ特性と70〜95のショアA硬度を有する材料から成っている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記材料は、ポリウレタンによって形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- 前記材料は、摩擦を減じる充填剤を含んでいる、請求項11又は12記載のシール部材(1)。
- 当該シール部材(1)はシールリング(24)として形成されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)を製造する方法であって、第1の方法ステップにおいて、無端のベルト状のシール異形材(2)を押し出し、第2の方法ステップにおいて前記シール異形材(2)を所定長さに切断し、所定長さに切断された該シール異形材(2)を、第3の方法ステップにおいてリング状に変形し、シールリング(24)に成形された前記シール異形材(2)の両方の自由端部(25,26)を、第4の方法ステップにおいて互いに結合することを特徴とする、シール部材(1)を製造する方法。
- 前記シール異形材(2)を第3の方法ステップにおいて、400mm以上の直径を有するシールリング(24)に成形する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記両方の自由端部(25,26)を、第4の方法ステップにおいて溶接する、請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記自由端部(25,26)を、鏡面溶接によって結合する、請求項17記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のシール部材(1)と少なくとも2つの機械要素(27,28)とを有するシールアセンブリであって、前記シール部材(1)はそのクランプアーム(8,9)でそれぞれ形状結合式に、一方の機械要素(27)の取付け溝(29)内に配置されていて、該取付け溝(29)は前記クランプアーム(8,9)とほぼ静的にシール作用をもって接触しており、かつ他方の機械要素(28)は前記シールリップ(10,11)と動的にシール作用をもって接触していることを特徴とするシールアセンブリ。
- 前記一方の機械要素(27)は、孔を備えたハウジングによって形成されていて、他方の機械要素(28)は、前記ハウジングによって半径方向間隔をおいて取り囲まれた軸によって形成されており、前記半径方向間隔によって形成された間隙(30)内に、前記シール部材(1)が配置されていて、該シール部材(1)はそのシールリップ(10,11)で前記軸を、動的にシール作用をもって取り囲んでいる、請求項19記載のシールアセンブリ。
