Abstract
Description
− 柔軟性: 固体組成物は、同一の生産設備で容易に修飾され得る、
− 経済性: 該方法は、容易に工業化可能である、
− 安全性: 廃棄物も水の放出もない、
− リサイクル性: 該方法は、極端に金属に汚染されなければ、消費された固体(触媒)のリサイクルを可能にする、
− マイクロメートルの集合又はナノメートルの粒子からミリメートルの大きささえも得る可能性。
得られた固体は、比表面積41m2/gの特徴があり、X線でアモルファスである。
76gのCr2O3、4gのZnO、及び18gのNiOは、混合される。混合物は、ミリング前、4.5m2/gの比表面積を有する。上述の状況の下で1時間の反応性ミリング後、混合物は、8.3m2/gの(BET)比表面積を有する。
54gのフッ化クロムと25gのCrO3は、混合される。混合物は、ミリング前、15.2m2/gの比表面積を有する。上述の状況の下で1時間の反応性ミリング後、混合物は、26m2/gの(BET)比表面積を有する。
76gのCr2O3、15gのNiO、及び5gのTb4O7は、混合される。混合物は、ミリング前、4.7m2/gの比表面積を有する。上述の状況の下で1時間の反応性ミリング後、混合物は、7.6m2/gの(BET)比表面積を有する。
フッ化クロムの調製中に得られた100gの水酸化クロムと50gのCrO3は、混合される。
Claims (13)
- クロム酸化物化合物である第一の試薬に、式MzM’1−zOxFyの化合物(式中、M及びM’がそれぞれ0以上の酸化状態を有する元素であり、zが0から1であり、xが0から3であり、yが0から6であり、2x+yが0より大きく6以下である)である第二の試薬と共に、反応性ミリングを施すことを含む、触媒を調製するための方法。
- 触媒が、3から5、好ましくは3.1から4.5、より特に好ましくは3.2から4.2の酸化状態のクロムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第一の試薬が、CrO3、Cr2O3、CrO2及びこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 反応性ミリング工程の終りに、フッ素化試薬、好ましくは無水フッ化水素酸と接触させることによるフッ素化の工程を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 元素M及びM’が、クロム、ニッケル、マグネシウム、コバルト、亜鉛、アルミニウム、アンチモン、バリウム、ビスマス、カドミウム、カルシウム、セリウム、銅、スズ、ユーロピウム、鉄、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、インジウム、ランタン、マンガン、モリブデン、ニッケル、ニオブ、リン、鉛、プラセオジム、スカンジウム、ストロンチウム、タンタル、テルビウム、トリウム、チタン、タングステン、バナジウム、イットリウム及びジルコニウムから選択され;好ましくは、クロム、ニッケル、マグネシウム、コバルト、亜鉛、アルミニウム、アンチモン、バリウム、ビスマス、カルシウム、セリウム、銅、スズ、鉄、ランタン、マンガン、モリブデン、ニッケル、ニオブ、リン、鉛、ストロンチウム、タンタル、テルビウム、チタン、タングステン、バナジウム、イットリウム及びジルコニウムから選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第二の試薬が、CaCr2O7、CaCrO4、Ca3Cr2O8、CaCrO4、CrVO4、Cr2V4O13、NiCr2O4、NiCrO4、CuCrO4、CdCrF5、Pb3Cr2F12、Pb4CrF11、Pb5CrO8、Pb2CrO5、PbCrO4、Pb5CrF17、Pb5W3O9F10、CrF2、CrF3、CrOF2、CuF2、PbF2、BiF3、BiF5、CdF2、NiF2、YF3、MoF3、MoF4、MoF5、MoF6、MoOF4、GeF2、GeF4、SbF3、SbF5、BaF2、LaF3、LaOF、PF3、SrF2、WF4、WF5、WF6、WOF4、ZnF2、MnF3、MnF2、SnF2、SnF4、CaF2、NbF3、NbF4、NbF5、NbO2F、MgF2、CeF4、TiF3、TiF4、TaF5、ThF4、FeF3、AlF3、ScF3、CeF4、クロム置換Mn2O3、マンガン置換Cr2O3、aが1から2であるNiCraO4、MoO2.4F0.6、Mo4O11.2F0.8及びこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 反応性ミリングが、1から96時間、好ましくは2から48時間の間、実施される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第二の試薬は、使用済触媒により提供され、前記使用済触媒が、好ましくはクロム、酸素、フッ素、任意選択的に追加の元素及び/又はコークスを含み、あるいは前記第二の試薬は、クロムの酸化状態が前記第一の試薬の酸化状態とは異なるフッ化クロム、オキシフッ化クロム又は酸化クロムである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を用いて得ることができる触媒。
- オキシフッ化クロムであって、任意選択的に一又は二元素M及びM’がドープされている、請求項9に記載の触媒。
- フッ素化反応における請求項9又は10に記載の触媒の使用。
- (ハイドロ)ハロカーボン化合物をフッ素化するための方法において、請求項9又は10に記載の触媒を含む触媒の存在下で、(ハイドロ)ハロカーボン化合物をフッ素化試薬と反応させることを含む方法。
- 前記フッ素化試薬が無水フッ化水素酸であり、及び/又は、前記(ハイドロ)ハロカーボン化合物がジクロロメタン、パークロロエチレン、テトラクロロプロペン、ペンタクロロエタン、ペンタクロロプロパン、ペンタクロロブタン、トリフルオロプロペン、ジクロロトリフルオロプロペン、クロロトリフルオロプロペン及びこれらの組合せから選択される、請求項12に記載のフッ素化方法。
