Claims (12)
- 燃焼機関(2)からの排気ガス(EG)を洗浄するためのシステム(100、101)であって、
スクラバ水循環タンク(15)に連通するように配置された第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)と、前記スクラバ水循環タンクの第1入口(17)に接続されるように配置された前記第1排気ガススクラバの第1出口(11)と、前記スクラバ水循環タンクの第1出口(20)に接続されるように配置された前記第1排気ガススクラバの第1入口(21)と、を備えて、前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)と前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)との間のスクラバ水の循環を可能にする前記システム(100、101)において、
空気を前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)の中に供給して、前記第1排気ガススクラバを通過中の前記スクラバ水を通気するように配置された空気供給装置(24)をさらに備え、前記第1排気ガススクラバの第2入口(4)が、前記空気供給装置(24)の出口(12)に接続されるように配置されていることを特徴とするシステム(100、101)。 - 前記空気供給装置(24)は、前記燃焼機関(2)からの排気ガス(EG)が前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)の中に供給されていないときには、前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)の中に空気を供給するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)の前記第2入口(4)は、前記燃焼機関(2)の出口(19)に接続されるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 前記空気供給装置(24)はパージ空気ファンであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)の第2出口(33)からの前記スクラバ水の流れに化学薬品を供給するための手段(26、27、28、29、30、31)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 化学薬品を供給するための前記手段(26、27、28、29、30、31)は、過酸化水素(H2O2)及びアルカリ性の薬液のうちの少なくとも1つを供給するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 通気された前記スクラバ水中の亜硫酸塩の酸化の程度を評価するように配置された分析機器(14)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)。
- 燃焼機関(2)からの排気ガス(EG)を洗浄するための多重システム(102、103)であって、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)と、前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)に連通するように配置された第2排気ガススクラバ(1b)と、を備えて、前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)と、前記第2排気ガススクラバ(1b)と、の間のスクラバ水の循環を可能にする多重システム(102、103)において、
前記第2排気ガススクラバ(1b)が前記排気ガス(EG)を受け取り、洗浄するように配置されているとともに、前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)が、前記スクラバ水が前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)を通過中に前記スクラバ水を通気するように配置されていることを特徴とする、多重システム(102、103)。 - 前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)に連通するように配置された第3排気ガススクラバ(52)を備えて、前記スクラバ水循環タンク(15)と、前記第3排気ガススクラバ(52)と、の間の前記スクラバ水の循環を可能にすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の多重システム(102、103)。
- 前記排気ガススクラバはEGRタイプであることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の多重システム(102、103)。
- スクラバ水の前記第1排気ガススクラバ(1a)の通過中の前記スクラバ水の通気と、前記燃焼機関(2)からの排気ガス(EG)の洗浄と、の間の交互の運転のための、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(100、101)の使用。
