Claims (20)
- 滑り軸受用の半割軸受であって、
前記半割軸受は、
各々の端面に近接した表面にリリーフ領域を有する軸受基材と、
埋込リリーフ領域に設けられた非均一な厚みのポリマー埋込体と、を備え、
前記埋込リリーフ領域のポリマー埋込体の厚みが、各々の端面の近くにおいて各々の端面から遠くよりも大きくなっていることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1において、
埋込リリーフ領域に埋め込まれたポリマー埋込体の厚みが各々の端面から離れるにつれて単調に減少していることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項2において、
前記埋込リリーフ領域に埋め込まれたポリマー埋込体の厚みが各々の端面から離れるにつれて実質上連続的に減少していることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項2において、
前記埋込リリーフ領域に埋め込まれた前記ポリマー埋込体の厚みが各々の端面から離れるにつれて段階的に減少していることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記埋込リリーフ領域に円周方向の溝が備えられており、
前記ポリマー埋込体は、軸方向側面に近接する埋込リリーフ領域の側方部において中間部よりも大きな厚みを持つことを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項5において、
前記埋込リリーフ領域において複数の円周方向の溝を有することを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記半割軸受の軸方向側面に近接した軸受基材の表面に沿って円周上を延びるポリマーシールを備えることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記軸受基材の各々の端面に近接した埋込リリーフ領域を備えることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記軸受基材及び/又はポリマー埋込体の上にポリマー多重層をさらに備えることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記ポリマー埋込体のポリマーは、ポリイミド/アミド樹脂、アクリレート樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、フッ素ポリマー、ホルムアルデヒドからなるグループから選択される可塑性ポリマー材料からなることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つにおいて、
軸受シェル又はハウジングを備えることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項11において、
前記半割軸受は軸受シェルであり、軸受シェルは実質的に均一な断面厚みを有していることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1つにおいて、
前記埋込リリーフ領域は、圧縮リリーフ領域及び/又は偏心リリーフ領域を備えることを特徴とする半割軸受。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1つの前記半割軸受を備えるエンジン。
- 半割軸受である滑り軸受の製造方法であって、
前記半割軸受は、
各々の端面に近接した表面にリリーフ領域を有した軸受基材と、
埋込リリーフ領域に設けられた非均一な厚みのポリマー埋込体と、を備え、
前記埋込リリーフ領域のポリマー埋込体の厚みが、各々の端面の近くにおいて各々の端面から遠くよりも大きくなっており、
前記製造方法は、
前記軸受基材を形成し、
前記埋込リリーフ領域の前記軸受基材にポリマーを堆積することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項15において、
前記ポリマーは噴霧法又は印刷工程によって堆積されることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項16において、
前記ポリマーは印刷工程で堆積され、
該印刷工程では、少なくともまず、均一でない厚みの前記ポリマー埋込体が堆積され、次に、堆積されたポリマー層が端面から異なる方向へ拡大されることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 添付された明細書やいずれか1つの図面の参照によって実質的に今までに記述された半割軸受。
- 添付された明細書やいずれか1つの図面の参照によって実質的に今までに記述された半割軸受を備えるエンジン。
