Claims (11)
- 充電ステーションにおける電動車両の充電のための充電装置であって、充電ステーション側の第1の充電モジュール(1)と、車両側の第2の充電モジュール(2)とを有し、これら第1及び第2の充電モジュールが、互いに接続可能な複数の電気的な接触要素(3,4)を備えており、前記充電ステーションが自動的な送り装置を備えており、該送り装置の操作によって、前記充電ステーションの電気的な前記接触要素(3)を前記電動車両側の電気的な前記接触要素(4)に接続可能である、前記充電装置において、
前記充電ステーションが、前記第1の充電モジュール(1)を前記第2の充電モジュール(2)に接合するための自動的な位置決め装置を備えていること、及び前記第1及び第2の充電モジュール(1,2)の前記接触要素(3,4)が接触力を乗り越えることなく互いに接合可能であることを特徴とする充電装置。 - 自動的な前記位置決め装置が、互いに垂直な3つの空間軸(x,y,z)に沿って前記第1の充電モジュール(1)を位置決め可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 自動的な前記位置決め装置が、電子的な制御装置及び多軸式のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の充電装置。
- 前記充電モジュール(1,2)が、その接合後に、アクチュエータにより操作可能なロック部(10)によって係合式に互いに接続され得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記充電モジュール(1,2)が、相互に作用する心合わせ手段(6,8)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1の充電モジュール(1)がピン状の2つの位置決め要素(5)を備えており、これら位置決め要素がそれぞれスイッチ又は力センサに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記第1の接触要素(3)が、接触ピン(20)と、該接触ピン(20)に対してアクチュエータによって摺動可能なガイドスリーブ(16)とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2の接触要素(4)が、バネ要素(11)に接続された2つの接触プレート(12)を備えており、これら接触プレートの互いの間隔が、前記バネ要素(11)の力に抗して変化し得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
- 前記接触ピン(20)が平板状プラグとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2の接触要素(4)に対する前記ガイドスリーブ(16)の相対的な位置が、接触力を規定する前記バネ要素(11)の位置に影響を与えることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の充電装置。
- 前記第2の充電モジュール(2)が、該第2の充電モジュール(2)のケーシングを閉鎖する保護フラップ(9)を備えており、該保護フラップが、第1の充電モジュール(1)との接続時に該第1の充電モジュール(1)によって開放されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充電装置。
