Abstract

本发明提供了电传导连接装置,包括母连接端与公连接端,母连接端的绝缘杯体内部包括对称分布的N触片两个、CC2触头两个、CC1触片两个;所述公连接端包括绝缘座体,所述绝缘座体外侧设有N触环、CC1触环,绝缘座体上端设有L触点,上端面外侧嵌有CC2触环;所述绝缘座体下端与接地座体嵌合,接地座体为导体并与地连接;所述公连接端与母连接端连接时,所述N触环与N触片贴合,所述L触点与L触头贴合,所述CC1触环与CC1触片贴合,所述CC2触环与CC2触头贴合,接地弹片与接地座体贴合。本发明提供的电传导连接装置母连接端、公连接端之间实现准确定位,并可以将母连接端准确的移位至与公连接端接合处,电性接触结构之间结合紧密,在接合时,允许一定的误差。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种电传导技术领域,特别是一种电传导连接装置。
背景技术
现有技术提供的电连接装置,需要人工进行手动操作,且通常需要尝试多次之后完成连接,并不能有效的对连接两端进行定位。并且现有技术提供的连接装置,在连接之后经常会出现松动的现象,或者接触不良的情况,给用户带来很多的不便。现有技术急需一种能够自动定位并且方便连接的电连接装置。
发明内容
本发明提供了电传导连接装置,包括母连接端与公连接端;
所述母连接端包括一中空的绝缘杯体结构,所述绝缘杯体内部包括对称分布的N触片两个、CC2触头两个、CC1触片两个;
所述两N触片的接触面背后分别设有弹性垫,两触片后端联接并通过导线与充电装置连接;
所述两CC2触头分别安装于两弹簧座内,并可沿弹簧座行程方向伸缩,两弹簧座后端联接并通过导线与充电装置连接;
所述CC1触片后端联接,用通过导线与充电装置连接;
还包括一L触头,所述L触头为中空结构,内部设有图像传感器,外环装配压缩弹簧,通过导线与车载充电装置连接;所述图像传感器的线束经L触头内部导出与车载充电装置连接;
其还包括接地弹片,所述接地弹片通过接地导片与车身地连接,接地导片布置在所述绝缘杯体外表面上;
所述公连接端包括绝缘座体,所述绝缘座体外侧设有N触环、CC1触环,绝缘座体上端设有L触点,上端面外侧嵌有CC2触环;所述绝缘座体下端与接地座体嵌合,接地座体为导体并与地连接;
所述公连接端与母连接端连接时,所述N触环与N触片贴合,所述L触点与L触头贴合,所述CC1触环与CC1触片贴合,所述CC2触环与CC2触头贴合,接地弹片与接地座体贴合。
较佳地,所述公连接端顶部中心位置设有一LED定位灯,所述公连接端与母连接端连接时,所述LED定位灯与图像传感器位置相对。
较佳地,所述图像传感器为一摄像头。
较佳地,所述母连接端上端连接有一定位调节结构,用于调节母连接端在X、Y、Z轴方向上移动。
较佳地,所述定位调节结构包括X向步进电机、Y向步进电机以及Z向步进电机,其中X向步进电机与单轴滑块、纵轴固联,沿横轴在X方向驱动,纵轴与Y向步进电机配合侧设有齿条,Z向步进电机、Y向步进电机与双轴滑块固联,沿纵轴在Y方向驱动,竖轴与Z向步进电机配合侧设有齿条,由Z向步进电机沿Z方向驱动。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在母连接端、公连接端分别设置定位摄像头、定位LED灯,完成连接端之间的定位,使连接更为准确;同时通过在母连接端上设置定位调节结构调节母连接端的位置可以实现母连接端的位置精确调节;本发明通过在母连接端与公连接端连接时,各自的电性接触结构之间结合紧密,不会容易出现松动;并且母连接端在绝缘杯体内设置电性触点,具有一定锥度的杯体在母连接端与公连接端接合时允许一定的误差。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种电传导连接装置,如图1所示,包括母连接端4与公连接端3,本实施例中母连接端4为电动汽车充电用的插座,公连接端3为电动汽车充电用的插头;当然本发明不对母连接端4与公连接端3的具体应用范围进行限定,也可以为家用电器或者工业电器的电连接结构,本发明不做具体限定;
如图2、3、4、5所示,母连接端4包括一中空的绝缘杯体415结构,绝缘杯体415内部空间具有一定的锥度,绝缘杯体415内部包括对称分布的N触片401两个、CC2触头403两个、CC1触片402两个;
所述两N触片401的接触面背后分别设有弹性垫407,两N触片401后端联接并通过N触片导线410与充电装置连接;
所述两CC2触头403分别安装于两弹簧座414内,并可沿弹簧座414行程方向伸缩,两弹簧座414后端联接并通过CC2导线412与充电装置连接;
所述CC1触片后端联接,用通过CC1导线413与充电装置连接;
还包括一L触头404,所述L触头404为中空结构,内部设有图像传感器405,外环装配压缩弹簧408,通过摄像头导线409与车载充电装置连接;图像传感器405的线束经L触头404内部导出与车载充电装置连接;
其还包括接地弹片406,接地弹片406通过接地导片416与车身地连接,接地导片416布置在绝缘杯体415外表面上;
如图6与图7所示,公连接端3包括绝缘座体306,绝缘座体306外侧设有N触环304、CC1触环303,绝缘座体306上端设有L触点301,上端面外侧嵌有CC2触环302;绝缘座体306下端与接地座体305嵌合,接地座体305为导体并与地连接;
如图8与图9所示,公连接端3与母连接端4连接时,N触环304与N触片贴合,L触点301与L触头404贴合,CC1触环303与CC1触片402贴合,CC2触环302与CC2触头403贴合,接地弹片406与接地座体305贴合。
公连接端3顶部中心位置设有LED定位灯307,公连接端3与母连接端4连接时,LED定位灯307与图像传感器409位置相对,本实施例提供的图像传感器409为一摄像头。
如图1所示,母连接端4上端连接有一定位调节结构,用于调节母连接端在X、Y、Z轴方向上移动。所述定位调节结构包括X向步进电机206、Y向步进电机207以及Z向步进电机208,其中X向步进电机206与单轴滑块205、纵轴202固联,沿横轴201在X方向驱动,纵轴202与Y向步进电机207配合侧设有齿条,Z向步进电机208、Y向步进电机207与双轴滑块204固联,沿纵轴202在Y方向驱动,竖轴203与Z向步进电机208配合侧设有齿条,由Z向步进电机208沿Z方向驱动。
本发明通过在母连接端、公连接端分别设置定位摄像头、定位LED灯,完成连接端之间的定位,使连接更为准确;同时通过在母连接端上设置定位调节结构调节母连接端的位置可以实现母连接端的位置精确调节;本发明通过在母连接端与公连接端连接时,各自的电性接触结构之间结合紧密,不会容易出现松动;并且母连接端在绝缘杯体内设置电性触点,具有一定锥度的杯体在母连接端与公连接端接合时允许一定的误差。

Claims (3)

1.电传导连接装置,包括母连接端与公连接端,其特征在于,
所述母连接端包括一中空的绝缘杯体结构,所述绝缘杯体内部包括对称分布的第一触片两个、第二触头两个、第二触片两个;
所述两第一触片的接触面背后分别设有弹性垫,两第一触片后端联接并通过导线与车载充电装置连接;
所述两第二触头分别安装于两弹簧座内,并可沿弹簧座行程方向伸缩,两弹簧座后端联接并通过导线与车载充电装置连接;
所述第二触片后端联接,并通过导线与车载充电装置连接;
还包括一第一触头,所述第一触头为中空结构,内部设有图像传感器,外环装配压缩弹簧,通过导线与车载充电装置连接;所述图像传感器的线束经第一触头内部导出与车载充电装置连接;
其还包括接地弹片,所述接地弹片通过接地导片与车身地连接,接地导片布置在所述绝缘杯体外表面上;
所述公连接端包括绝缘座体,所述绝缘座体外侧设有第一触环、第二触环,绝缘座体上端设有触点,上端面外侧嵌有第三触环;所述绝缘座体下端与接地座体嵌合,接地座体为导体并与地连接;
所述公连接端与母连接端连接时,所述第一触环与第一触片贴合,所述触点与第一触头贴合,所述第二触环与第二触片贴合,所述第三触环与第二触头贴合,接地弹片与接地座体贴合;
所述母连接端上端连接有一定位调节结构,用于调节母连接端在X、Y、Z轴方向上移动;
所述定位调节结构包括X向步进电机、Y向步进电机以及Z向步进电机,其中X向步进电机与单轴滑块、纵轴固联,沿横轴在X方向驱动,纵轴与Y向步进电机配合侧设有齿条,Z向步进电机、Y向步进电机与双轴滑块固联,沿纵轴在Y方向驱动,竖轴与Z向步进电机配合侧设有齿条,由Z向步进电机沿Z方向驱动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电传导连接装置,其特征在于,所述公连接端顶部中心位置设有一LED定位灯,所述公连接端与母连接端连接时,所述LED定位灯与图像传感器位置相对。
3.如权利要求1所述的电传导连接装置,其特征在于,所述图像传感器为一摄像头。
