Claims (9)
- 電動機(16)と、
前記電動機(16)に電力供給するためのトラクションバッテリ(20)と、
非同期機(17)と、
前記非同期機(17)を駆動するための内燃機関(18)であって、電気自動車の航続距離を延ばすために前記非同期機(17)が制御信号に応じて前記トラクションバッテリ(20)を充電するために配置される、前記内燃機関(18)と、
を備える、電気自動車のための駆動システム(10)において、
前記トラクションバッテリ(20)は、互いに位相がずれた電圧推移を発生させるために出力電圧が調整可能な複数のバッテリ線(11)を備え、各バッテリモジュール線(11)は、前記電動機(16)の位相線(21)のうちの1つに電力供給するために設けられ、かつ、前記非同期機の位相線(22)と接続されることを特徴とする、駆動システム(10)。 - 前記駆動システム(10)は、制御ユニット(19)を有し、前記非同期機(17)の出力周波数が多相式の前記トラクションバッテリ(10)の周波数よりも高いように、前記非同期機(17)を駆動するよう構成され、従って、前記バッテリ線(11)のバッテリセル(13)は、前記非同期機(17)によって充電されうる、請求項1に記載の駆動システム(10)。
- 前記トラクションバッテリ(20)、前記非同期機(17)、及び前記電動機(16)は、それぞれ三相式に設計され、前記電動機(16)は、非同期電動機又は同期電動機として構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動システム(10)。
- 各バッテリ線(11)は、駆動制御により選択的に作動又は停止させることが可能な複数のバッテリモジュール(12)を有し、作動された状態において、各バッテリモジュール(12)のバッテリモジュール電圧が、前記トラクションバッテリ(20)の、対応する前記バッテリ線(11)の出力電圧に寄与する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム(10)。
- 各バッテリモジュール(12)は、2つのスイッチ(14、15)を備え、前記2つのスイッチ(14、15)のうち、一方は閉鎖された状態で、他方は開放された状態で駆動され、前記2つのスイッチ(14、15)は、前記バッテリモジュール(12)のバッテリセル(13)が、各バッテリモジュール(12)の前記スイッチ(14、15)の開閉ポジションに応じて、対応する前記バッテリ線(11)に接続され又は前記バッテリ線(11)内で伝導的にバイパスが付けられるように、配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム(10)。
- 複数のバッテリ線(11)を有するトラクションバッテリ(20)を、非同期機(17)と、当該非同期機(17)に対して直列に配置された内燃機関(18)と、を利用して充電する方法において、
前記トラクションバッテリ(20)は、電動機(16)の駆動制御のために、所定の周波数及び/又は可変的な周波数を有する互いに位相がずれた出力電圧を、バッテリ線(11)を利用して生成するよう制御され、前記非同期機(17)は、前記内燃機関(18)によって、前記トラクションバッテリ(20)の周波数よりも大きい周波数によって駆動され、従って、前記非同期機(17)ではすべりが負となることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記非同期機(17)の回転数は、前記非同期機(17)を駆動する前記周波数と前記トラクションバッテリ(20)の前記周波数とが前記トラクションバッテリ(20)の駆動中に互いに所定の比率、特に固定の比率となるように、制御される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記非同期機(17)は、前記非同期機(17)の回転数nASM、及び、前記電動機の回転数nMについて、1.2nM≦nASM≦1.4nMという関係が維持されるように、前記内燃機関(18)によって駆動される、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム(10)を有する車両、特にハイブリッド自動車又は電気自動車。
