Description
従来の遠心分離機は、少容積の液体サンプルの遠心分離を取り扱うためには、過度に大きく、および非効率的である。それらは、更に、少ないサンプル容積を処理するときに望まれる、特定の機能を含むことに失敗している。

Claims (33)
- 少容積サンプル容器と使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機回転子;
前記遠心分離機回転子を回転させる電動機;ならびに
前記電動機に統合され、および少なくとも前記電動機の回転部分の回転位置を決定するために構成された検出器を含み、前記回転位置を決定するために、前記検出器が少なくとも2つの異なるタイプのエンコーダー情報を用いる遠心分離機。 - 前記検出器が、回転位置を決定するために、少なくとも光学的エンコーダー技法およびホール効果技法を用いる、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記検出器が、少なくとも回転位置および回転速度を決定するために、少なくとも光学的エンコーダー技法およびホール効果技法を用いる、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記検出器が、1つのタイプのエンコーダー情報の検出に向けられる第一の表面、および別のタイプのエンコーダー情報の検出に向けられる第二の表面を有する、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第一の表面および第二の表面が異なる方向に配向される、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第一の表面および第二の表面が同じ方向に配向される、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 回転位置を決定するために、複数の検出器を含む、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。
- 前記第一のタイプのエンコーダー情報を提供する、第一のエンコーダー・ディスク、および第二のタイプのエンコーダー情報を提供する第二のエンコーダー・ディスクを更に含む、請求項1に記載の遠心分離機。

電動機を提供すること;
第一のタイプのエンコーダーを前記電動機内に統合すること;
第二のタイプのエンコーダを前記電動機内に統合すること;
前記電動機の回転部分の回転位置を、前記第一のタイプのエンコーダーを用いて決定すること;
前記電動機の回転部分の回転速度を第二のタイプのエンコーダーを用いて決定することを含む方法。 - 前記第一のタイプのエンコーダーが光学的エンコーダー情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のタイプのエンコーダーが磁気的エンコーダー情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のタイプのエンコーダーがホール効果エンコーダー情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一のタイプのエンコーダーおよび第二のタイプのエンコーダーが、異なるタイプのエンコーダー情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
熱的に絶縁する物質を含む第一の部分;
熱的に伝導性の物質を含む第二の部分;を含み
容器は、容器が、熱的に絶縁する物質を持つ領域に位置付けられるように配置され;
熱的に伝導性の物質は、容器から逃げる方向に熱を導くために構成される遠心分離機。 - サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機本体;
前記遠心分離機本体を回転させるための駆動機構;
サンプルへの熱伝達を最小化するための能動的冷却ユニットを含み;
容器は、容器が、低下された熱的曝露を持つ領域に位置付けられるように配置され;
前記能動的冷却ユニットは前記駆動機構を冷却するために構成され;

遠心分離機本体に連結された自動平衡錘を含み、かかる錘は、遠心力の下で、不均一な量の充填物を遠心分離機のサンプル・ホルダーに有する、遠心分離機本体の平衡を失った回転を最小化するための位置へ、移動するために構成される遠心分離機。 - サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機本体;
前記遠心分離機本体を回転させるための駆動機構;および
作動可能に遠心分離機を支持するために構成された少なくとも1つの空気軸受を含む遠心分離機。 - サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機筐体;
遠心分離機本体;
前記遠心分離機本体を回転させるための駆動機構;および
作動可能に遠心分離機を支持するために構成された少なくとも1つの空気軸受を含み、少なくとも空気軸受の一部分は前記遠心分離機筐体の一部分である遠心分離機。 - サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機筐体;
遠心分離機本体;
前記遠心分離機本体を回転させるための駆動機構;
所定の力の条件の外の力における速度変化を検出するために構成された力検出器を含む遠心分離機。 - 遠心力の下で、前記遠心分離容器ホルダーが、前記遠心分離機回転子の中心軸に向かって内向きに旋回する、上記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 空気抵抗を最小化するために、前記遠心分離容器ホルダーが回転子本体と同じ高さの表面を形成する、上記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 前記遠心分離容器ホルダーが、遠心力の下で、下向きに交替する、上記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- 遠心分離機本体の冷却要素への電気的接続が、遠心分離機が作動して、かかる冷却要素が運動中でさえ、妨げられない、上記の請求項のいずれか一つに記載の機器。
- サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
遠心分離機本体;
前記遠心分離機本体を回転させるための駆動機構を含み;前記遠心分離機本体は前記駆動機構の少なくとも一部分を覆うために下向きに延伸し;
前記駆動機構は固定子および回転子を含み;
前記回転子は、固定子と同心である遠心分離機。 - サンプル容器とともに使用するための小型高速遠心分離機であって、前記遠心分離機は:
