Claims (8)
- 圧力下で供給される流体を微細な粒子に噴霧化させるノズル組立体であって、
‐上面と、下面と、前記上面および前記下面に隣接している外面と、を有し、前記外面は中に形成された複数の溝を有して前記下面と前記上面との間に延びていることを特徴とする円錐部材と、
‐凹部が設けられ、前記円錐部材を受け入れるように構成され、内面を有し、前記溝が前記内面によって少なくとも部分的に覆われて複数の流路が形成されることを特徴とする対抗部材と、を有し、
前記流路は流体ジェットをそれぞれ射出するための出力口を定め、前記ジェットは前記円錐部材の前記上面から離れた領域で他の少なくとも1つの流体ジェットと衝突することで前記流体を噴霧化させ、
また前記円錐部材は前記ノズル組立体の有効断面積を大きく、または小さくするために前記軸に沿って移動可能なノズル組立体。 - 前記流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路が、他の流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路とは異なった断面積を有する請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路の断面積が前記下面から前記上面に向かって減少する請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記対抗部材の前記凹部内部にある前記円錐部材の位置は、前記流体の粘性に応じて調節可能な請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記流路の出力口は、前記円錐部材の前記上面から離れた領域に前記流体ジェットの複数の衝突点が存在するように構成された請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐部材が一時的に前記対抗部材から取り外し可能な請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐部材に中央通路が設けられている請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐部材および/または前記対抗部材は、プラスチック成型技術を用いて生成される請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
