Claims (9)
- 圧力下で供給される流体を微細な粒子に噴霧化させるノズル組立体であって、
‐上面(12)と、下面(14)と、前記上面(12)および前記下面(14)に隣接している外面(16)からなる円錐台部材(10)であって、前記外面(16)は前記下面(14)と前記上面(12)との間に延びる複数の溝(18a、18b、...)を有する円錐台部材(10)と、
‐凹部が設けられ、前記凹部が前記円錐台部材(10)を受け入れるように構成された対抗部材(20)であって、前記凹部の内面(22)によって前記溝が少なくとも部分的に覆われて複数の流路が形成された対抗部材(20)と、
を有し、
前記流路は流体ジェットをそれぞれ射出するための出力口を定め、前記ジェットは前記円錐台部材(10)の前記上面(12)から離れた領域で他の少なくとも1つの流体ジェットと衝突することで前記流体を噴霧化させ、
また前記円錐台部材(10)は、前記複数の流路の断面積と、前記円錐台部材(10)と前記対抗部材(20)のギャップの横断面における断面積と、の和で定められる有効断面積を大きく、または小さくするために前記円錐台部材(10)に対して定められた軸(X)に沿って移動可能であり、
異なる粘性を持つ流体を噴霧化させるため前記流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路が、他の流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路とは異なる断面積を有することを特徴とするノズル組立体。 - 前記対抗部材(20)の前記凹部内部における前記円錐台部材(10)の位置は、前記流体の粘性に応じて調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記対抗部材(20)の前記凹部内部における前記円錐台部材(10)の位置により、前記粘性に対して適する流路だけが解放されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記軸(X)は回転対称の軸であって、前記円錐台部材(10)の位置は、前記円錐台部材(10)または前記対抗部材(20)の回転によって調節されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記流路のうち少なくとも1つの流路の断面積が前記下面から前記上面に向かって減少することを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記流路の出力口は、前記円錐台部材(10)の前記上面(12)から離れた領域に前記流体ジェットの複数の衝突点が存在するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐台部材(10)が一時的に前記対抗部材(20)から取り外し可能なことを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐台部材(10)に中央通路(19)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
- 前記円錐台部材および/または前記対抗部材は、プラスチック成型技術を用いて生成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のノズル組立体。
