前記膜から前記構成部分の表面および/または前記構成部分の表面に近い領域内へのシリコン原子(4)の拡散を増大させるために、前記表面(2)を前記表面(2)上に形成された前記膜(3)と共に、膜を形成する前記方法ステップ(140)における前記第1の温度よりも高い第2の温度で後処理(150)する方法ステップと、
前記膜の形成時および後処理時に変性された表面を露出させるために、前記表面(2)上に形成された前記膜(3)を除去(160)する方法ステップと、

- 前記膜(3)を除去(160)するために、強塩基性のpH値、好適には約14のpH値を有するアルカリ溶液を使用することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記構成部分の前記表面(2)上に前記膜(3)を形成(140)するステップを、化学的な気相析出によって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記表面(2)上に前記膜(3)を形成(140)するために、水素含有アモルファスシリコンを前記表面上に析出させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 構成部分、特に噴射ノズルにおいて、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って変性された表面を有する、構成部分、特に噴射ノズル。
