Abstract
Description
D10:粒子の総体積の10%が、表示された値より小さい直径を有する。
[出発材料:]
ポリエーテルアミン1:56.7mgKOH/gのアミン価を有する脂肪族第一級アミン末端ポリオキシプロピレンジアミン。
DBTL:ジブチルスズジラウレート(TRIGON Chemie GmbH製)
Vazo(登録商標)64=ラジカル開始剤(DuPont製)
663.4gのポリエーテルアミン1及び5.4gのマクロマーを撹拌オートクレーブに入れ、125℃に加熱した。続いて、363.2gのアクリロニトリル、726.5gのスチレン、11.4gのドデカンチオール、6.5gのVazo(登録商標)64及び663.4gのポリエーテルアミン1中に溶解した60gのマクロマーを、150分の期間をかけて反応混合物に添加した。15分の後反応時間後、生成物から、700Pa(7mbar)の真空の適用により残存モノマーを除去した。これにより、25℃で2832mPasの粘度、及び29.8mgKOH/gのアミン価を有するポリマーポリエーテルアミンを得た。粒度分布の結果:D10=0.328μm、D50=0.662μm及びD90=0.999μm。
ポリ尿素エラストマーの調製のためのイソシアネート成分として、イソシアネートプレポリマーを、イソシアネート(イソシアネートプレポリマーの総質量に基づいて、51.6質量%)、及び56mgKOH/gのOH価を有する二官能性ポリプロピレングリコール(イソシアネートプレポリマーの総質量に基づいて、48.4質量%)から調製した。得られたイソシアネートプレポリマーは、15.0±0.1%のNCO含有量、及び25℃で800±100mPasの粘度を有する。
Claims (15)
- ポリ尿素エラストマーを調製する方法であって、
a)ジフェニルメタン4,4’−ジイソシアネート及び/又はジフェニルメタン2,4’−ジイソシアネート又はそれらのプレポリマーを含むポリイソシアネートを、
b)ポリアミン、
c)任意に、第一級又は第二級アミン基を含むアミン鎖延長剤、
d)任意に、ポリオール、及び
e)任意に助剤及び添加剤
と混合して反応混合液を形成し、且つ硬化し、前記成分(a)〜(d)の少なくとも1種が、スチレン、アクリロニトリル、ブタジエン、イソプレン、1,4−ペンタジエン、1,6−ヘキサジエン、1,7−オクタジエン、α−メチルスチレン、2−メチルスチレン、3−メチルスチレン、4−メチルスチレン、2,4−ジメチルスチレン、エチルスチレン、イソプロピルスチレン、ブチルスチレン、フェニルスチレン、シクロヘキシルスチレン、ベンジルスチレン、シアノスチレン、ニトロスチレン、N,N−ジメチルアミノスチレン、アセトキシスチレン、メチル−4−ビニルベンゾエート、フェノキシスチレン、p−ビニルフェニルオキシド、アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、メタクリロニトリル、ビニルメチルケトン、ビニルエチルケトン、ビニルフェニルケトン、ビニルエチルスルホン、N−メチル−N−ビニルアセトアミド、N−ビニルピロリドン、ビニルイミダゾール、ジビニルスルホキシド、ジビニルスルホン、ビニルスルホン酸ナトリウム、ビニルスルホン酸メチル、N−ビニルピロール、ビニルホスホネート、フマル酸ジメチル、マレイン酸ジメチル、マレイン酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、イタコン酸、イタコン酸モノメチル、アリルアルコール、ビニルピリジン、及びこれらのモノマーの2種以上の混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーの重合によって得られる、分散した充填剤粒子を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - ポリイソシアネートプレポリマーを、ポリイソシアネート(a)として使用する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ尿素エラストマーが、前記ポリ尿素エラストマーの総質量に基づいて1〜30質量%の充填剤粒子の含有量を有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミンの比率が、前記ポリアミン(b)及びポリオール(d)の総質量に基づいて、少なくとも75質量%である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、ポリマーである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、熱可塑性ポリマーである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーの充填剤粒子を、それらの溶融物の形で、前記成分(a)〜(d)の1種以上中に分散する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、ポリスチレン−アクリロニトリル粒子である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記充填剤粒子が、イソシアネートに対して反応性である基を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミン(b)が、ポリマーポリアミンを含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミン(b)が、ポリマーポリエーテルアミンを含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリ尿素エラストマーが、エラストマーポリ尿素コーティングである請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマーポリ尿素コーティングが、コーティングする表面に噴霧することによって塗布される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られ得るポリ尿素エラストマー。
- 請求項14に記載のポリ尿素エラストマーの、反応器、薬品用又は廃水と接触する回収たらいにおけるコーティングとしての使用方法。
