- カバーガラス物品であって、
3次元形状、
内側表面、
外側表面、および、
0.3mmから3mmまでの範囲の壁厚、
を有するガラス本体を含み、
前記内側表面および前記外側表面の夫々の表面粗さ(Ra)が1nm未満であり、かつ前記内側表面および前記外側表面の夫々が、150μmを超える直径を有する圧痕を含まず、さらに、
前記壁厚の変動が±15%以下であることを特徴とするカバーガラス物品。 - 前記内側表面および前記外側表面の夫々の前記表面粗さ(Ra)が、0.7nm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記壁厚の前記変動が±10%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が、いずれかの前記表面の25mm×25mmエリア内に、1000ルクスで人間の肉眼により観察可能な、10個未満の圧痕ではない欠陥をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が平坦部分を有し、かつ前記平坦部分の平坦度が、10mm×10mmエリアに亘って±150μmよりも優れていることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が少なくとも1つの曲げ部分を有し、かつ前記少なくとも1つの曲げ部分の曲げ角度が、0°超から90°までの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体の光透過率が、1mmの厚さで、400nmから800nmまでの波長範囲で85%を超えることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が、300MPaを超える圧縮応力を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が、イオン交換されたガラスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス本体が、平坦なディスプレイを有する電子機器をカバーするように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のカバーガラス物品。
