Abstract
Description
本発明による方法においては、第1材料を供給し、鋳型上に第1の内側層を形成する。第1材料は、必須元素として少なくとも67%のFe及び最大3.0%のCを含有する。第1層の耐食性を改良するため、20%までのCr及び/又は10%までのニッケルを合金に添加可能である。
Claims (10)
- シリンダライナの製造方法であって、
−第1材料を鋳型上に熱溶射し、耐摩耗性及び耐食性の第1層を形成するステップであって、溶射された前記第1材料は、
少なくとも67%の鉄、Fe;
最大3%の炭素、C;
0と最大20%の間のクロム、Cr及び
0と最大10%の間のニッケル、Niを含有するステップと、
−第2材料を熱溶射し、第1の内側層上に第2外側層を形成するステップであって、溶射された前記第2材料は、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、又は軽量材料からなる多元素材料を含有するステップと、
−形成されたシリンダライナを前記鋳型から外して露出させるステップと、
を含む製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の製造方法であって、更に、
−前記外側層を研磨、微細旋盤、又は超微細旋盤により加工するステップを含む方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法であって、外側表面の最大粗度深度は50μm、好適には10μmである製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、各層は0.05乃至2.0mmの層厚を備える製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、形成されたシリンダライナは4.0mm、好適には0.7乃至2.0mmの最大総壁厚を備える製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、更に、
−前記形成されたシリンダライナの外径に、面取りをするステップを含む製造方法。 - 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、更に、
−前記形成されたシリンダライナの内径に、面取りをするステップを含む製造方法。 - 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、更に、
−ライナ下側の切欠け及び/又はオーバーフローチャネルを、ミリング加工又は熱レーザ切断により形成するステップを含む方法。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の製造方法であって、更に、
−前記形成されたシリンダライナの内側を研磨するステップを含む製造方法。 - 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の製造方法により製造可能であるシリンダライナ。
