Description
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセル、特にリチウムイオンバッテリセルのための冷却システムであって、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルに割り当てられた、冷却要素を有する冷却装置を備える、前記冷却システムにおいて、前記冷却装置は、不具合の場合にも、外部の冷却システム内に含まれる冷却媒体が前記バッテリセルに達し得ないように前記外部の冷却システムと接続されていることを特徴とする、冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルに割り当てられた前記冷却装置は、熱伝導域を備え、特に、前記冷却要素が割り当てられた熱要素又は熱管理要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記熱伝導域には冷却板が割り当てられ、前記冷却板は、前記外部の冷却システムと接続しており、前記外部の冷却システムの冷却媒体が、前記冷却板を貫流することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルは、ハウジングによって包囲されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、又は3に記載の冷却システム。
- バッテリパック又はバッテリを構成し、共通のハウジングによって包囲される複数のバッテリセルが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記バッテリセルの各1つの側面が、前記冷却システムの前記熱伝導域に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記ハウジングは、熱伝導域、特に熱要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の冷却システム。
- 冷却媒体が貫流する前記冷却要素は、前記ハウジングの外に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記外部の冷却システムは、車両の冷却システムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 車両の前記冷却システムは、空調装置によって冷却され、このようにして、前記空調装置は、前記バッテリセル又は前記バッテリパック又は前記バッテリの冷却のために利用されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の冷却システム。
- バッテリハウジングに、ハウジングの一部として構成された熱素子が割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記冷却装置の供給口及び戻り口は、ハウジングの外に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
- 前記外部の冷却システムは、車両の空調装置への結合が意図的に実現されない場合には、バッテリ固有のスタンドアロン型の冷却システムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の冷却システム。
