Abstract
Description
1)消毒剤を投入することであるが、消毒剤はいずれも生物毒性を有し、この生物毒性は水産品の体内に残留されて人体の健康を損ねるようになる。
2)オゾンを導入して殺菌することであるが、オゾン発生器を配置する必要があり、且つ水体の全体におけるオゾンの濃度は一定の濃度に達する必要があるため、殺菌コストが高すぎ、全体養殖環境に影響を与えることになる。
3)紫外線放射による殺菌であるが、カバー可能な範囲が小さく、効率が低すぎる。
図1を参照すると、本発明の提供している電離法による殺菌装置は、ステンレス材料から製造されたハウジング1と、ハウジング1の両端に設けられた漏斗型の外絶縁蓋2と、ハウジング1の中心位置に設けられたイオン発生器3、流路4及び内絶縁蓋5とを備えている。
図2を参照すると、本発明の提供している高圧パルス電界殺菌装置は、実施例1と近似な構造であり、そのうち、イオン発生器3が高圧パルス発生器6に代えている。前記高圧パルス発生器6の発生した高圧パルス電界の電界強度は、15kv/cm〜100kv/cmであり、パルス周波数は、1kHz〜100kHzであり、放電周波数は、1kHz〜20kHzである。
図3を参照すると、本発明の提供している紫外線殺菌装置は、実施例1と近似な構造であり、そのうち、イオン発生器3が紫外線発生器7に代えている。
図4を参照すると、水産養殖の殺菌システムは、誘い光源と、水ポンプと、第一殺菌装置、第二殺菌装置及び第三殺菌装置とを備え、前記誘い光源は、明るさ80lmのLED等であり、水ポンプの水入り口から0.5mだけ離れた箇所に設けられ、水ポンプの水出し口は第一殺菌装置の入水口と連通され、三つの殺菌装置を直列に接続した後、第三殺菌装置の水出し口から流出し、殺菌過程は図4に示すようであり、水ポンプの流量を2500gallon/hourに制御している。
前記直列に接続されることは、複数の殺菌装置を水流が順次に通じることである。
1200m3の水産養殖水体内には、一つの上記殺菌システムが設けられ、この領域の水体の浄化動作を完成する。
Claims (9)
- 誘い光源と、水ポンプと、少なくとも一つの殺菌装置とを含み、前記誘い光源は、水ポンプの水入り口の周りに設けられ、前記水ポンプの水出し口は、殺菌装置の入り口と連通され、前記殺菌装置の出し口は、水体と連通されていることを特徴とする水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 誘い光源の明るさは、20〜100lmから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 前記誘い光源から水ポンプの水入り口までの直線距離は0.1〜1mであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 前記水ポンプの流量は1000gallon/hourより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 2〜5個の殺菌装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 前記2〜5個の殺菌装置は、並列に接続又は直列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 前記殺菌装置は、ハウジングと、ハウジング内に設けられた滅菌発生器と、ハウジング内の水の流路と滅菌発生器に設けられた回路通路部分と流路との間に設けられた内絶縁蓋とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- 前記殺菌発生器は、イオン発生器、高圧パルス発生器又は紫外線発生器であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
- ハウジングの端部の位置に設けられた外絶縁蓋をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の水産養殖の殺菌システム。
