技术领域
本发明涉及消毒杀菌设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人。
背景技术
对于典型的防疫消毒类智能机器人而言,国外鲜有相关产品,仅美国有一款手推移动式医院消毒机器人Xenex,该款机器人采用汞灯紫外线照射达到消毒的目的,每次工作时还需要单独接入电源,消毒能力和智能化水平很低。国内近两年随着人工智能技术不断发展,出现几家医疗器械厂家对消毒机器人领域的探索,推出了移动消毒机器人。如:颂通生物科技有限公司,钛米机器人,上海灵至科技公司,泰林生物,深圳东紫科技有限公司等。从产品宣传的信息来看,真正具备自主移动能力的机器人仅颂通生物和钛米科技推出的两款消毒机器人,其它的3款机器人还是不具备自主移动能力。在消毒技术上,只有钛米机器人把多种消毒技术应用在一起,其它所有消毒机器人均采用单一消毒方案。此外,钛米科技采用汞灯紫外消毒方案存在寿命短、安全隐患大、作用效果有限等诸多缺陷,机器人自主行走能力弱,难以适应人员拥挤的医院环境自主作业要求。
发明内容
鉴于上述的分析,本发明旨在提供一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,用以解决现有消毒杀菌机器人消毒手段单一、综合消毒能力差、移动不便的的问题。
本发明的目的主要是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明技术方案中,一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,智能移动消毒杀菌机器人设有可移动平台,可移动平台设有长方体安装架;安装架包括上下连接的上半部和下半部;
智能移动消毒杀菌机器人包括:紫外消毒装置、过氧化氢消毒装置、气体扩散装置、等离子发生器和空气过滤装置;
紫外消毒装置设置在上半部的第一对侧面;等离子发生器设置在下半部的第一对侧面;过氧化氢消毒装置的过氧化氢发生器设置在下半部内部;空气过滤装置设置在安装架的内部;气体扩散装置设置在上半部的顶部。
本发明技术方案中,紫外消毒装置设有2组,分别设置在上半部的第一对侧面上;每组紫外消毒装置设有1或2根UVLED灯条。
本发明技术方案中,UVLED灯条垂直安装架侧面的外侧发射UV光线。
本发明技术方案中,等离子发生器设有2组,分别设置在下半部的第一对侧面上;
等离子发生器的包括正极和负极,正极和负极均设置在空气过滤装置的进气口两侧。
本发明技术方案中,相同时间内,负极产生的阴离子的个数为正极产生的阳离子的个数的2倍。
本发明技术方案中,过氧化氢消毒装置的进气口与空气过滤装置的出气口连接;过氧化氢消毒装置包括:液体储存器、蒸汽发生器和蒸汽通道;
液体储存器设置在安装架内,用于盛装过氧化氢液体;
蒸汽发生器能够加热液体储存器内的过氧化氢液体;
蒸汽通道连通液体存储器的顶部和气体扩散装置。
本发明技术方案中,液体储存器的顶部设有伸出处至安装架的外壳上设置的换液仓门处;蒸汽发生器的加热装置设置在液体储存器的侧壁和/或内部。
本发明技术方案中,空气过滤装置包括抽吸组件和过滤组件;
抽吸组件将空气通过空气过滤装置的进气口通过进气通道抽吸进空气过滤装置;过滤组件设置在空气过滤装置内;空气过滤装置的出气口与过氧化氢消毒装置的进气口连通。
本发明技术方案中,进气通道包括第一通道和第二通道;
第一通道与过滤组件直接连通;第二通道设有过氧化氢水解装置。
本发明技术方案中,气体扩散装置的进气口与过氧化氢消毒装置连通。
本发明技术方案至少能够实现以下效果之一:
1.本发明的采用组合式灭菌技术实现三层灭杀清洁方案,分别采用汽化过氧化氢技术、氮化镓LED紫外线技术、等离子灭菌技术进行病毒、细菌等的杀灭;
2.本发明通过红外测温装置来对工作环境内的温度进行测量,方便识别工作环境人的发热人员,非接触式的测量方式避免手工筛查造成的人员拥挤和聚集。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来具体描述本发明的优选实施例,其中,附图构成本发明一部分,并与本发明的实施例一起用于阐释本发明的原理,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
在本发明实施例的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
全文中描述使用的术语“顶部”、“底部”、“在……上方”、“下”和“在……上”是相对于装置的部件的相对位置,例如装置内部的顶部和底部衬底的相对位置。可以理解的是装置是多功能的,与它们在空间中的方位无关。
如图1、图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,包括:可移动平台7;可移动平台7设有长方体安装架,安装架由上下安装的上半部和下半部组成;智能移动消毒杀菌机器人还包括紫外消毒装置1、过氧化氢消毒装置2、气体扩散装置3、等离子发生器4、空气过滤装置5、红外测温装置6;可移动平台7设有长方体安装架。
为了方便说明,规定当本发明实施例的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人在水平面上运行时,长方体安装架的个侧面依次为,第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面、第四侧面,第一侧面和第三侧面为第一对侧面,第二侧面和第四侧面为第二对侧面。安装架除架体本身外设有外壳,作为安装架的各个表面,紫外消毒装置1的UVLED灯条、等离子发生器4的正极和负极、空气过滤装置5的进气口、红外测温装置6的红外摄像传感器均设置在外壳上。
其中,紫外消毒装置1设置在上半部的第一对侧面,通过发出紫外光来进行杀菌消毒;等离子发生器4设置在下半部的第一对侧面,通过生成阴离子和阳离子来进行杀菌消毒;过氧化氢消毒装置2的过氧化氢发生器设置在下半部的内部,通过生成过氧化氢蒸汽来进行杀菌消毒;空气过滤装置5设置在下半部的第一对侧面,通过物理的方式进行空气的过滤;气体扩散装置3设置在上半部的顶部,用于将过滤后的空气和生成的过氧化氢蒸汽排放如空气中;红外外测温装置设置在上半部的第二对侧面的一面上,即第二侧面或第四侧面上,用于对本发明实施例的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人的工作区域内的发热人员进行筛查。
本发明实施例中,可移动平台7作为移动机器人的底盘使用,其控制系统能够实现机器人自主导航,包括移动机器人在复杂环境中的自主定位、环境感知、路径规划与跟踪等,基于动态目标行为自主预测的路径规划与避碰,实现机器人在高动态环境下的准确局部规划与拥挤多动态障碍物间的安全避障与柔性穿梭。此外,可移动平台7还能实现自动回充,即,将充电位置标定为初始位置,一旦本发明实施例的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人监测到电量过低,就通过可移动平台7自动回到初始位置,进行充电。
为了提高杀菌消毒的效率,本发明实施例充分利用了安装架的各个面,具体的:
一、紫外消毒
本发明实施例中,紫外消毒装置1设有2组,分别设置在安装架的第一对侧面上,一组紫外消毒装置1设置在上半部第一侧面上,另一组紫外消毒装置1设置在上半部第三侧面上。紫外消毒装置1包括1或2个UVLED灯条,UVLED灯条设置在安装架的侧面的竖直棱上。示例性地,本发明实施例中每组紫外消毒装置1的UVLED灯条设有1个,设置在安装架侧面的竖直棱上。
紫外线消毒属于物理消毒方法,紫外线并不能直接杀死微生物,而是通过破坏微生物的繁殖能力进行灭活。微生物受到紫外线的照射时,其遗传物质核酸DNA和RNA大量吸取紫外线的能量而被摧毁,失去分裂复制能力,最后自然死亡或是被免疫系统消灭,而失去对人体的致病能力。遗传物质核酸DNA和RNA对紫外线吸收光谱的范围为250-280nm,本发明实施例中,UVLED灯条发出的UV光线的波长为275nm,最容易被细菌和病毒的蛋白质、核酸吸收,可使蛋白质发生变性离解,核酸中形成胸腺嘧啶二聚体,破坏各种病毒和细菌的DNA和RNA结构,从而在几秒时间内导致细菌和病毒死亡,杀菌效率高达99%,可以杀死其他消毒方法不能杀菌的细菌。此外为了保证紫外消毒装置1的消毒效率,本发明实施例中,UVLED灯条垂直安装架侧面的外侧发射UV光线;UVLED灯条的水平发散角度不大于150°,以提高紫外光线照射的覆盖范围。
需要说明的是,UVLED灯条设置在外壳外侧,或UVLED灯条设置在外壳内侧,UVLED灯条发出的UV光线通过外壳上的条形孔发射到外壳外侧。
二、等离子消毒
本发明实施例中,等离子发生器4设有2组,分别设置在下半部的第一对侧面上,一组等离子发生器4设置在第一侧面上,另一组等离子发生器4设置在第三侧面上;等离子发生器4的包括正极和负极,正极和负极均设置在空气过滤装置5的进气口两侧。
本发明实施例中,等离子发生器4的正极和负极均设置外壳内侧,且外壳对应位置处设有开口。由于等离子发生器4的正极和负极均为带电结构,暴露在外容易造成危险,此外,将等离子发生器4的正极和负极设置在外壳内,还能防止灰尘影响电极的正常工作。
等离子作为一种新型的杀毒因子,克服许多传统杀毒因子的缺点,经国际权威科研机构验证,越来越多地应用到杀菌消毒领域中:一方面,带负电的细菌易被吸附到等离子发生器4的正极上,正离子在细菌细胞膜上大量聚集,随着正离子浓度增大,细胞膜上的电势差逐渐增高,当电势差达到一定的值,细胞膜会发生击穿,从而破坏细胞内的电解质,使细菌灭活;另一方面,等离子发生器4的负极,产生两倍的正离子个数的负离子,负离子和正离子就中和,瞬间释放出高能量,破坏细菌结构,其中一部分负离子被氧气捕捉,生成负氧离子,负氧离子有很强的氧化性,能够氧化细菌中的核酸、蛋白质结构,负氧离子还能与甲醛等气味分子发生反应,生成水等无害无气味成分,负离子是空气的维生素,能够清新空气。具体的,本发明实施例中,相同时间内,负极产生的阴离子的个数为正极产生的阳离子的个数的2倍。
三、过氧化氢消毒
本发明实施例中,过氧化氢消毒装置2包括:液体储存器、蒸汽发生器和蒸汽通道;液体储存器设置在安装架的下半部内,用于盛装过氧化氢液体;蒸汽发生器能够加热液体储存器内的过氧化氢液体;蒸汽通道连通液体存储器的顶部和气体扩散装置3。液体储存器是类似于水箱的结构,用于存储液态的过氧化氢,蒸汽发生器加热液体储存器,产生过氧化氢蒸汽,并与通过过氧化氢消毒装置2的进气口进入的空气混合,经由蒸汽通道流向气体扩散装置3,从而将过氧化氢蒸汽排入空气中进行杀菌,同时使得空气中的过氧化氢蒸汽更加均匀,提高杀菌效果。
过氧化氢蒸汽的生物净化解决方案已被用于全球各地医疗,生命科学,国防等行业,广泛应用于消除细菌,病毒和真菌。可用于房间,设备和电子器械的高效和安全的生物净化灭菌,没有如甲醛或氯基产品等传统净化剂残留量的相关问题。本发明实施例中,液体储存器的顶部设有伸出到安装架外的液体入口,可以通过液体入口向液体储存器内添加过氧化氢液体,为了防止其他异物误入液体入口,本发明实施例中,下半部的第三侧面设有换液仓门,当换液仓门打开时,可以向液体入口中补充添加过氧化氢液体。蒸汽发生器的加热装置设置在液体储存器的侧壁和/或内部,使得液体储存器内的温度稳定,能够产生良好的过氧化氢蒸汽。装置控制的发生器产生出良好的过氧化氢蒸汽,在饱和浓度的凝露点有效地杀灭微生物。整个灭菌过程共分为四个阶段,准备阶段:蒸汽发生装置的温度升高到稳定的条件;蒸汽发生:过氧化氢蒸汽快速进入灭菌空间;灭菌阶段:饱和浓度过氧化氢蒸汽保持在灭菌空间中;通风阶段:过氧化氢蒸汽在催化剂上分解为水和氧气。本发明实施例实施例中,过氧化氢消毒装置2可以实现上述前两个阶段,第三个阶段是过氧化氢在空气中自然进行,第四个阶段通过空气过滤装置5来实现,后面详述。
四、空气过滤消毒
本发明实施例中,空气过滤装置5包括抽吸组件和过滤组件;抽吸组件将空气通过空气过滤装置5的进气口通过进气通道抽吸进空气过滤装置5;过滤组件设置在空气过滤装置5内;空气过滤装置5的出气口与过氧化氢消毒装置2的进气口连通,使得过滤后的洁净空气进入过氧化氢消毒装置2内,防止过氧化氢消毒装置2被污染。进一步地,本发明实施例中,抽吸组件采用排气风扇,过滤装置采用活性炭过滤网。进气口设置在第一对侧面,即第一侧面和第三侧面,且等离子发生器4的正极和负极设置在进气口的两侧,空气过滤装置5可以将等离子发生器4附近的携带负氧离子的空气抽吸进过滤组件,除了活性炭能够吸附空气中的病毒病菌等异物外,还能通过负氧离子对其进行杀灭,提高了净化的效率,还能防止病菌在过滤组件内繁殖、污染活性炭。
此外,本发明实施例中,进气通道包括第一通道和第二通道;第一通道与过滤组件直接连通;第二通道设有过氧化氢水解装置;第一通道和第二通道与进气口的连接处设有切换装置,使第一通道和第二通道只有一个能够开启。第一通道用于普通的空气过滤过程,第二通道不仅能够进行空气过滤,还能用于过氧化氢消毒的第四阶段,过氧化氢水解装置内设有过氧化氢水解的催化剂,当完成过氧化氢消毒的第三阶段后,还可以通过空气过滤装置5将含有过氧化氢蒸汽的空气再次抽吸回来,通过第二通道内的过氧化氢水解装置来使其水解,通过过氧化氢水解装置的液体回收装置来回收产生的水,而水解产生的氧气则可以经过过滤组件再次被排回到空气中,完成氧化氢消毒的第四阶段,整个过程安全可靠。此外,液体回收装置设有第一导管和/或第二导管:第一导管的另一端设有排液口,排液口斜向下伸出至换液仓门处,当打开换液仓门,除了能够向过氧化氢消毒装置添加过氧化氢液体外,还能通过排液口排出液体回收装置回收的水;第二导管的另一端与液体储存器连通,可以直接向过氧化氢有液体内添加少量的水,从而使过氧化氢蒸汽内混入水蒸气,排入外界空气中后,能够适当地提高外界空气的湿度,防止空气干燥使人体产生不适。
为了充分利用安装架内的空间,过滤组件、进气通道和过氧化氢水解装置均设置在上半部内,使得下半部的内部空间能够尽量作为过氧化氢消毒装置2的液体储存器使用的空间,从而提高液体储存器的容积,避免频繁添加过氧化氢液体。
由于需要定期对过滤组件进行清理,而第二导管内的催化剂也需要定期更换,且过滤组件、进气通道和过氧化氢水解装置均设置在上半部内,本发明实施例中,上半部的第一侧面或第三侧面对应的外壳设有清理仓门,打开清理仓门即可对过滤组件进行清理、对过氧化氢水解装置的催化剂进行更换。
需要说明的是,上述几种消毒过程中,过氧化氢消毒和空气过滤消毒,都需要通过气体扩散装置3来进行相应气体的排放。具体的,本发明实施例中,气体扩散装置3的进气口与过氧化氢消毒装置2和空气过滤装置5均连通;气体扩散装置3的出气口包括主口和/或副口,主口的面积大于副口的面积的4倍;主口设有1个,位于气体扩散装置3的顶面的中央;副口设有多个,均布于气体扩散装置3的顶面的边缘。通过大量出气口将过氧化氢蒸汽以及经过空气过滤装置5的气体快速地向各个方向扩散到外界,提高了消毒的效率。
人员流动相对较大的场合需要进行消毒杀菌作业,往往在这些场合会出现发热人员,而人工进行体温检测来筛查发热人员,不仅效率低,出错率高,还容易造成人员的拥堵,反而不利于消毒和杀菌。本发明实施例中,智能移动消毒杀菌机器人还设有红外测温装置6,红外测温装置6包括至少一个红外摄像传感器,红外摄像传感器设置在上半部的第二侧面和/或第四侧面上,且红外摄像传感器朝向安装架的外侧,红外测温装置6还设有显示器,显示器设置上半部的第二侧面或第四侧面上,红外摄像传感器设置在显示器的上方,显示器能够将红外摄像传感器拍摄到的图像显示出来,显示器也能够进行人脸检测,给机器人提供信息的同时也会把相关的检测情况反馈到显示器上。红外测温可以实现对发热人员的快速筛查,避免手工筛查造成的人员拥挤和聚集,效率高、可靠度高。此外,通过对红外摄像传感器获得的图像可以自动识别出未佩戴口罩人员。一旦红外测温装置6检测到有人体温过高或者未佩戴口罩,智能移动消毒杀菌机器人的报警装置就会进行报警。
本发明实施例的红外测温装置6采用非接触式红外测温,包括:中心点测温单元、满分辨率最高/最低温度捕捉单元、固定像素点测温单元以及区域测温单元。具体的:红外测温装置6还包括图像处理系统,图像处理系统包括第一处理模式、第二处理模式、第三处理模式和第四处理模式;第一处理模式中,图像处理系统根据红外摄像传感器获得的红外图像的中心点进行温度检测;第二处理模式中,图像处理系统跟距红外摄像传感器获得的红外图像的所有点进行最高温度和/或最低温度的捕捉;第三处理模式中,图像处理系统根据红外摄像传感器获得的红外图像的预先设置的一个或多个点分别进行温度检测;第四处理模式中,图像处理系统根据红外摄像传感器获得的红外图像的预先设置的区域进行平均温度检测。在实际使用本发明实施例时,可以根据实际需要来选择相应的处理模式,以提红外测温的效率和可靠性。
在使用本发明实施例时,等离子发生器4产生正离子和负离子,正离子和负离子一部分用于直接消毒杀菌,另一部分形成负氧离子,不仅能够进一步消毒还能净化空气,含有负氧离子的空气通过空气过滤装置5的进气口进入本发明实施例的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人内部循环,通过在通过过滤组件的物理过滤的同时,负氧离子能够对过滤组件进行消毒杀菌,防止病菌等微生物在过滤组件上生存繁殖,过滤后的洁净空气进入过氧化氢消毒装置2装置,并与其产生的过氧化氢蒸汽混合,最后一同排入到空气中,完成过氧化氢消毒,同时混合后的气体中过氧化氢的含量相对均匀,不会出现含量过低影响消毒效果的情形,也不会出现含量过高造成周围人员损害的情形。
本发明实施例在使用时,可以设定定时任务,在无人办公的时候,机器人自动巡航到指定的房间或空间进行消杀,可以使用过氧化氢的消毒液方案和紫外线照射两种对人有伤害风险的方式进行消杀,以最大限度地提高消毒杀菌效果;在有人的时候或人员密集的场所,使用红外非接触测温,并使用等离子方式对机器人附近的环境进行消杀,不仅能够提高体温检测效率,还能在避免对周围人员产生不良反应的前提下,进行消毒杀菌,以维持整个场所相对洁净。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,本发明的采用组合式灭菌技术实现三层灭杀清洁方案,分别采用汽化过氧化氢技术、氮化镓LED紫外线技术、等离子灭菌技术进行病毒、细菌等的杀灭;本发明通过红外测温装置6来对工作环境内的温度进行测量,方便识别工作环境人的发热人员,非接触式的测量方式避免手工筛查造成的人员拥挤和聚集。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述智能移动消毒杀菌机器人设有可移动平台(7),所述可移动平台(7)设有长方体安装架;所述安装架包括上下连接的上半部和下半部;
所述智能移动消毒杀菌机器人包括:紫外消毒装置(1)、过氧化氢消毒装置(2)、气体扩散装置(3)、等离子发生器(4)和空气过滤装置(5);
所述紫外消毒装置(1)设置在上半部的第一对侧面;所述等离子发生器(4)设置在下半部的第一对侧面;所述过氧化氢消毒装置(2)的过氧化氢发生器设置在下半部内部;所述空气过滤装置(5)设置在安装架的内部;所述气体扩散装置(3)设置在上半部的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述紫外消毒装置(1)设有2组,分别设置在上半部的第一对侧面上;每组所述紫外消毒装置(1)设有1或2个UVLED灯条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述UVLED灯条垂直安装架侧面的外侧并发射UV光线。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述等离子发生器(4)设有2组,分别设置在下半部的第一对侧面上;
所述等离子发生器(4)的包括正极和负极,所述正极和负极均设置在空气过滤装置(5)的进气口两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,相同时间内,所述负极产生的阴离子的个数为所述正极产生的阳离子的个数的2倍。
6.根据权利要求1或3或5所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述过氧化氢消毒装置(2)的进气口与空气过滤装置(5)的出气口连接;所述过氧化氢消毒装置(2)包括:液体储存器、蒸汽发生器和蒸汽通道;
所述液体储存器设置在安装架内,用于盛装过氧化氢液体;
所述蒸汽发生器能够加热液体储存器内的过氧化氢液体;
所述蒸汽通道连通液体存储器的顶部和气体扩散装置(3)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述液体储存器的顶部设有伸出处至安装架的外壳上设置的换液仓门处;所述蒸汽发生器的加热装置设置在液体储存器的侧壁和/或内部。
8.根据权利要求1、3、5、7所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述空气过滤装置(5)包括抽吸组件和过滤组件;
所述抽吸组件将空气通过空气过滤装置(5)的进气口通过进气通道抽吸进空气过滤装置(5);所述过滤组件设置在空气过滤装置(5)内;所述空气过滤装置(5)的出气口与所述过氧化氢消毒装置(2)的进气口连通。
9.根据权利要求8所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述进气通道包括第一通道和第二通道;
所述第一通道与过滤组件直接连通;所述第二通道设有过氧化氢水解装置。
10.根据权利要求1、3、5、7、9所述的智能移动消毒杀菌机器人,其特征在于,所述气体扩散装置(3)的进气口与过氧化氢消毒装置(2)连通。
