Abstract

本发明属于水产养殖业领域,具体涉及一种水产养殖的杀菌系统。本发明所述水产养殖的杀菌系统,其包括诱引光源、水泵和至少一个杀菌装置,所述诱引光源设置在水泵进水口周围,所述水泵出水口与杀菌装置的入口相通,所述杀菌装置的出口与水体相通。本发明借助生物的趋光性,实现了养殖体系中微生物的富集,利用电离法、紫外线法或高压电场脉冲法进行杀菌,在保证高效杀菌的同时尽量小的影响水产养殖环境,确保水产品的产量和质量。

一种水产养殖的杀菌系统
技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖业领域,具体涉及一种水产养殖的杀菌系统。
背景技术
水产养殖水体中存在着大量的微生物,这些微生物的大量生长繁殖会导致水产动物疾病的发生或流行。
传统的水体消毒方法主要以下几种:
1)投放消毒剂,但消毒剂均具有生物毒性,该生物毒性会残留在水产品体内对人体健康造成危害;
2)通入臭氧杀菌,需配备臭氧发生器,并且需要在整个水体中使臭氧浓度达到一定浓度,杀菌成本过高,对整体养殖环境造成影响;
3)紫外线辐射杀菌,可覆盖范围小,效率过低。
水产养殖过程中,水体的微生物分散在整个水体中,范围广,分布密度小,目前的杀菌方法均需会对整体养殖环境造成影响才能实现有效杀菌,杀菌效率低,毒害大。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,用以解决上述杀菌方法存在的杀菌效率低,毒害大的缺陷和不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其包括诱引光源、水泵和至少一个杀菌装置,所述诱引光源设置在水泵进水口周围,所述水泵出水口与杀菌装置的入口相通,所述杀菌装置的出口与水体相通;诱引光源将微生物吸引到水泵进水口附近,水泵将富集微生物的水导入杀菌装置,经杀菌装置杀菌净化后回放养殖水体;
进一步,所述诱引光源的亮度选自20~100lm;
进一步,所述诱引光源为LED灯,LED灯使用低压电源,能耗低,体积小并且适合于易变的环境,稳定性强,改变电流可以变色,能够实现红黄绿兰橙多色发光,从而可以更有针对性的吸引微生物的富集;
进一步,所述诱引光源与水泵进水口的直线距离为0.1~1m,优选0.3~0.8m;
进一步,所述水泵的流量为1000加仑/小时以上,优选1000-4000加仑/小时;
进一步,所述杀菌装置的杀菌方法为物理杀菌方法,比如电离法、紫外线灭菌法、高压脉冲电场灭菌法;
电离法的原理是指在两个相近的金属上加载一定的电压,当水流过两个相近的金属之间时,会产生一定的电流,金属会释放出一定量正离子。正离子在电场下在水中从一个金属移动到另一个金属。一般来说,正离子产生速度为0.15到0.4ppm,水中正离子浓度取决于金属之间的水流量。当电压增加,会产生较多的正离子。当正离子在水中时,它处于一个自由状态,并一直不停地在寻找水中带负电的物质,象细菌,寄生虫等。因细菌,寄生虫的表面膜层都是带负电,水中的正离子很容易吸附在微生物的表面膜层上。有已吸附正离子微生物的表面膜层的渗透性会变得很差,使得已吸附正离子微生物无法正常吸收养分而导致死亡。
紫外线灭菌法是一种使用简便的灭菌方法,且无药剂残留,效率高,速度快,并可被不同的表面反射,人工波长为253.7nm的紫外线有极大吸收值时,破坏细菌与病毒核酸(DNA)的生命遗传物质,于分子内产生激烈的化学变化使其无法繁殖。其中产生最重大的反应,是核酸分子内的嘧啶(pyrimidine)盐基形成二量体(dimer)。目前认为紫外线致死的主因在生成嘧啶二量体;另外,紫外线在核酸内也引起光水和反应、核酸与蛋白质相互作用时的光架桥反应,也存在某种影响。因核酸是承担生命遗传现象与所有重要生命机能的生命本质,一旦发生变化或是损伤,当然不利生命的延续,也因此紫外线能有效消灭水中细菌和病毒。
高压脉冲电场灭菌法是将水流过两个电极间产生的瞬间高压电场中,由于高压电脉冲(HEEP)能破坏细菌的细胞膜,改变其通透性,从而杀死细胞。高压脉冲电场的获得有两种方法。一种是利用LC振荡电路原理,先用高压电源对一组电容器进行充电,将电容器与一个电感线圈及处理室的电极相连,电容器放电时产生的高频指数脉冲衰减波即加在两个电极上形成高压脉冲电场。由于LC电路放电极快,在几十至几百个微秒内即可以将电场能量释放完毕,利用自动控制装置,对LC振荡器电路进行连续的充电与放电,可以在几十毫秒内完成灭菌过程。另一种是利用特定的高频高压变压器来得到持续的高压脉冲电场。
进一步,所述杀菌装置包括壳体、设置在壳体内的灭菌发生器、设置在壳体内水的流道和设置在灭菌发生器的电路通道部分与流道之间的内绝缘盖,所述内绝缘盖用于阻隔水进入到电路通道部分,造成电路失灵或漏电,灭菌发生器在水流经流道的过程中灭菌;
进一步,还包括设置在壳体端位的外绝缘盖,所述外绝缘盖在安装调试过程中用于把持杀菌装置,避免金属壳体漏电;
进一步,所述杀菌发生器为离子发生器、高压脉冲发生器或紫外线发生器;
进一步,杀菌系统的设置密度为每1000m3设置1-2个杀菌系统。
本发明借助生物的趋光性,实现了养殖体系中微生物的富集,利用电离法、紫外线法或高压电场脉冲法进行杀菌,在保证高效杀菌的同时尽量小的影响水产养殖环境,确保水产品的产量和质量。

下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
参见图1,本发明提供的一种电离法杀菌装置包括不锈钢材料制成的壳体1、设置壳体1两端的漏斗型外绝缘盖2、设置在壳体1中心位置的离子发生器3、流道4和内绝缘盖5;
所述离子发生器3包括电路通道31、接电弹簧32、内不锈钢管33和电离材料34;流道4设置在壳体1与内不锈钢管33之间,所述内不锈钢管33的空腔为电路通道31,可以内置电源控制器或内置外接控制器的引线,所述电路通道31两端通过内绝缘盖5将电路通道31与流道4阻隔开来,电离材料34嵌在内不锈钢管33上,内不锈钢管33的外壁通过接电弹簧32与电源正极相连。通电后,电离材料34与壳体1间形成电压,当水通过一端的外绝缘盖2进入流道4时,电离材料34会释放出杀菌离子,从而杀灭水体中的微生物,最后水经另一端的外绝缘盖2流出。
实施例2
参见图2,本发明提供的一种高压脉冲电场杀菌装置,结构与实施例1类似,其中离子发生器3被高压脉冲发生器6替代。所述高压脉冲发生器6产生的高压脉冲电场的电场强度为15kv/cm~100kv/cm,脉冲频率为1kHz~100kHz,放电频率为1kHz~20kHz;
所述高压脉冲发生器6包括电路通道61、接电弹簧62和内不锈钢管63;流道4设置在壳体1与内不锈钢管63之间,所述内不锈钢管63的空腔为电路通道61,可以内置电源控制器或内置外接控制器的引线,所述电路通道61两端通过内绝缘盖5将电路通道61与流道4阻隔开来,内不锈钢管63的外壁通过接电弹簧62与电源正极相连。通电后,内不锈钢管63与壳体1间形成脉冲电压,当水通过一端的外绝缘盖2进入流道4时,内不锈钢管63与壳体1间形成高压脉冲电场,从而杀灭水体中的微生物,最后水经另一端的外绝缘盖2流出。
实施例3
参见图3,本发明提供的一种紫外线杀菌装置,结构与实施例1类似,其中离子发生器3由紫外线发生器7替换;
所述紫外线发生器7包括紫外灯管71和透光管72;流道4设置在壳体1与透光管72之间,紫外灯管72设置在所述透光管72内,透光管72的两端通过内绝缘盖5密封,紫外灯管72发射的紫外光透过透光管73将流经流道4的水体内微生物杀灭;
所述透光管73的材料可以为玻璃、透明树脂等。
实施例4
参见图4,一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其包括诱引光源、水泵和第一杀菌装置,第二杀菌装置和第三杀菌装置;所述诱引光源为亮度80lm的LED等,设置在距离水泵进水口0.5m处,水泵的出水口与第一杀菌装置的入水口相通,串联三个杀菌装置后,从第三杀菌装置的出水口流出,杀菌过程如图4所示,控制水泵流量为2500gallon/hour;
需要指出的是第一杀菌装置,第二杀菌装置和第三杀菌装置选自实施例1~3任一所述的杀菌装置,并且第一杀菌装置,第二杀菌装置和第三杀菌装置还可以并联连接;
所述并联连接是水流同时通过多个杀菌装置;
所述串联连接是水流依次通过多个杀菌装置;
LED灯将微生物吸引到水泵进水口附近,水泵将富集微生物的水导入杀菌装置,经杀菌装置杀菌净化后回放养殖水体;
在1200m3的水产养殖水体内设置1个上述杀菌系统,完成该区域的水体净化工作。

Claims (9)

1.一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于包括诱引光源、水泵和至少一个杀菌装置,采用变频光谱针对不同微生物所具有的不同趋光性达到多波长来吸引水中微生物的诱引光源设置在水泵进水口周围,所述水泵出水口与杀菌装置的入口相通,所述杀菌装置的出口与水体相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于诱引光源的亮度选自20~100lm。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于所述诱引光源与水泵进水口的直线距离为0.1~1m。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于所述水泵的流量为1000加仑/小时以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于包括2~5个杀菌装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于所述2~5个杀菌装置并联连接或串联连接。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于所述杀菌装置包括壳体、设置在壳体内的灭菌发生器、设置在壳体内水的流道和设置在灭菌发生器的电路通道部分与流道之间的内绝缘盖。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于所述灭菌发生器为离子发生器、高压脉冲发生器或紫外线发生器。
9.根据权利要求7所述一种水产养殖的杀菌系统,其特征在于还包括设置在壳体端位的外绝缘盖。
