Claims (10)
- 燃料電池の構成要素(1,2,3)の接合方法であって、光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が、液状で少なくとも部分的に前記燃料電池の少なくとも1つの前記構成要素(1,2,3)に塗布され、光化学的に半硬化され、前記燃料電池の少なくとももう1つの前記構成要素(1,2,3)と接触させられ、そして硬化される方法であって、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が、前記構成要素(1,2,3)の少なくとも2つの構成要素領域(B1,B2)において異なる強度で光化学的に半硬化されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が少なくとも部分的に、膜・電極接合体(4)の第一のフレーム要素として形成された前記燃料電池の第一の構成要素(1)、及び前記膜・電極接合体(4)の第二のフレーム要素として形成された前記燃料電池の第三の構成要素(3)の上に塗布され、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の光化学的な半硬化の後、前記膜・電極接合体(4)の触媒被覆膜として形成された第二の前記燃料電池の構成要素(2)が前記第一の構成要素(1)と前記第三の構成要素(3)との間で位置決めされ、前記3つの構成要素(1,2,3)が接合され、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が、紫外線放射及び/又は赤外線放射によって光化学的に半硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)が、特に紫外線放射及び/又は赤外線放射によって光化学的に硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)によって被覆された前記構成要素(1,2,3)が、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の光化学的な半硬化の前に、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の光化学的な半硬化のために、少なくとも2つの前記構成要素領域(B1,B2)が異なる照射強度で照射されるようにマスキングされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)がシルクスクリーンによって、少なくとも1つの前記構成要素(1,2,3)に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法の実施のための燃料電池の構成要素(1,2,3)の接合のための装置であって、光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の液状での前記燃料電池の少なくとも1つの構成要素(1,2,3)への少なくとも部分的な塗布のための塗布ユニットと、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の光化学的な半硬化のための照射設備(6)と、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)の光化学的な半硬化が少なくとも2つの構成要素領域(B1,B2)を異なる照射強度で照射可能であるような、前記光化学的に硬化可能な接着剤(5)により被覆された前記燃料電池の前記構成要素(1,2,3)の少なくとも部分的なマスキングのためのマスキング部材(7)とを含む装置。
- 前記照射設備(6)が、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードとして形成された照射源、及び/又は少なくとも1つの管状の照射源を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記照射源が、紫外線放射を放射する照射源及び/又は赤外線放射を放射する照射源として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布ユニットがシルクスクリーンユニットとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9に記載の装置。
