Claims (9)
- デュアルクラッチ変速機(300、400)であって、
● 第1及び第2入力手段(213、214)がそれぞれ設けられている第1及び第2入力軸(321、322)と、
● センタ軸(324、424)と、
● カウンタ軸(223)と、
● 第1及び第2プライマリギヤ段(332−233、432−233;230−131)と、を備え、
前記第1及び第2入力軸(321、322)は、前記センタ軸(324、424)と同軸に配置されるとともに前記第1及び第2プライマリギヤ段(332−233、432−233;230−131)を介して前記第1及び第2入力手段(213、214)からのトルクを前記カウンタ軸(223)に伝達することができ、
前記第1プライマリギヤ段(332−233、432−233)は第1入力ギヤ(332、432)と第1被駆動ギヤ(233)を有し、
前記第1入力ギヤ(332、432)が前記第1入力軸(321)に回転可能に固定されている、デュアルクラッチ変速機において、
前記第1入力ギヤ(332、432)が前記センタ軸(324、424)上に配置されている、デュアルクラッチ変速機(300,400)。 - 前記第1入力ギヤ(332、432)が軸方向の遊びを可能にする接続部(321s)によって前記第1入力軸(321)に接続され、その接続部が好ましくはスプライン継ぎ手(321s)である、請求項1に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(300,400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(332、432)が円錐ローラ軸受け(332b、332c)上に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(300,400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)が円柱ローラ軸受け(432b、432c)上に配置されている、請求項2に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(300,400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)は、前記センタ軸(424)上の離間した軸方向位置と接触した軸方向位置との間で軸線方向に変位することができるように前記センタ軸(424)上に配置され、前記離間した軸方向位置においては前記第1入力ギヤ(432)が前記接続部(321s)から軸線方向に離間し、かつ前記接触した軸方向位置においては前記第1入力ギヤ(432)と前記接続部(321s)との間の軸方向の接触が可能となる、請求項4に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)は、第1方向にトルク荷重を伝達するときに前記接触した軸方向位置に変位する、請求項5に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)及び前記第1被駆動ギヤ(233)にヘリカルギヤ歯が設けられている、請求項5または6に記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)は、第1及び第2ローラ軸受け(432b、432c)上に取り付けられてその上でスライドできるようになっており、かつ前記1及び第2ローラ軸受け(432b、432c)の間に配置された半径方向に内向きの突起(440)が設けられて前記軸方向の変位ができるようになっている、請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(400)。
- 前記第1入力ギヤ(432)には、前記第1入力ギヤ(432)と前記センタ軸(324)との間の回転可能な接続を可能にする同期機構あるいはドグクラッチ(240)が設けられている、請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載のデュアルクラッチ変速機(400)。
