Abstract
Description

該式中、「A」はアルカリ土類金属であり、「X」はバナジン酸塩に対するアルカリ土類金属のモル比であり;
「T」は遷移金属であり、「Y」はバナジン酸塩に対する遷移金属のモル比であり;
「R」は希土類金属であり、「Z」はバナジン酸塩に対する希土類金属のモル比であり;
そして、
0≦X≦1;0≦Y≦1;0≦Z≦1;及びX+Y+Z=1である。
有機試薬、バナジン酸鉄(FeVO4)、TiO2、WO3、及び結合剤を含む乾燥原料の混合物を表1に従った量で混練槽に入れた。
有機試薬、メタバナジン酸アンモニウム(AMV)、FeVO4、TiO2、WO3、及び結合剤を含む乾燥原料の混合物を表2に従った量で混練槽に入れた。
バナジン酸鉄(FeVO4)、TiO2、WO3、及び結合剤を含む乾燥原料の混合物を表3に従った量で組み合わせた。
Claims (36)
- ウォールフロー型フィルターの形である基材と前記基材の上に配されている触媒を含み、
前記触媒は担体とバナジン酸塩成分を含み、該バナジン酸塩成分は次式:
(AX)(TY)(RZ)VO4
(式中、「A」はアルカリ土類金属であり、「X」はバナジン酸塩に対するアルカリ土類金属のモル比であり;
「T」は遷移金属であり、「Y」はバナジン酸塩に対する遷移金属のモル比であり;
「R」が希土類金属であり、「Z」がバナジン酸塩に対する希土類金属のモル比であり;
そして、
0≦X≦1;0≦Y≦1;0≦Z≦1;及びX+Y+Z=1である)によって定義される構造を有し;
前記バナジン酸塩成分は前記担体上に担持されている、フィルター。 - 「A」がMg、Ca、Sr、及びBaからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 「T」がFe、Bi、Al、Ga、In、Cu、Zn、Mo、Cr、Sb及びMnからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 「T」がFeである、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 「R」がErである、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 「Z」が0である、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記担体がTiO2、WO3及びSiO2の少なくとも一つからなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記基材が入口部と出口部を有し、前記基材が複数の入口チャンネルと複数の出口チャンネルを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルター。
- 前記触媒は前記複数の入口チャンネルの表面上には配されていない、請求項8に記載のフィルター。
- 前記触媒が前記基材の出口部で前記複数の入口チャンネルと前記複数の出口チャンネルに配されている、請求項8に記載のフィルター。
- 前記触媒が膜の形で前記複数の入口チャンネルの表面に配されている、請求項8に記載のフィルター。
- 前記基材の入口部に配された尿素加水分解触媒を更に具備する、請求項8に記載のフィルター。
- 前記基材の出口部に配されたアンモニア酸化触媒を更に具備する、請求項8に記載のフィルター。
- a.バナジン酸塩成分を担体材料と組み合わせる工程であって、該バナジン酸塩成分が次式:
(AX)(TY)(RZ)VO4
(式中、「A」はアルカリ土類金属であり、「X」はバナジン酸塩に対するアルカリ土類金属のモル比であり;
「T」は遷移金属であり、「Y」はバナジン酸塩に対する遷移金属のモル比であり;
「R」は希土類金属であり、「Z」はバナジン酸塩に対する希土類金属のモル比であり;
そして
0≦X≦1;0≦Y≦1;0≦Z≦1;及びX+Y+Z=1である)によって定義される構造を有する工程と;
b.前記バナジン酸塩成分と前記担体材料に水を加えて水性混合物を生成させる工程と;
c.前記水性混合物を基材に塗布する工程であって、該基材がウォールフロー型フィルターの形である工程と;
d.前記水性混合物の塗布後、前記基材をか焼する工程
を含む、フィルター製造方法。 - 「A」がMg、Ca、Sr、及びBaからなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 「T」がFe、Bi、Al、Ga、In、Cu、Zn、Mo、Cr、Sb及びMnからなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 「T」がFeである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記希土類金属がErである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 「Z」が0である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記か焼が650℃から700℃の温度でなされる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記か焼が1から10時間なされる、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記担体材料がTiO2、WO3及びSiO2からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 工程bの前に、少なくとも一種の結合剤をバナジン酸塩成分と担体材料に加えて乾燥材料の混合物を提供することを更に含み、前記乾燥材料の混合物は、1%から10%の前記バナジン酸塩成分、50%から95%の前記担体材料、及び10%から25%の前記少なくとも一種の結合剤を含有し、該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥材料の混合物が、65%から80%の前記担体材料を含み、該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥材料の混合物が、0.5%から4%の前記バナジン酸塩成分を含み、該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記乾燥材料の混合物は、3%から13%のWO3を更に含み、該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記水性混合物が20%から45%固形分であり、該固形分パーセントは水性混合物の全重量当たりの乾燥材料の重量パーセンテージである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- a.バナジン酸塩成分を担体材料と組み合わせる工程であって、該バナジン酸塩成分が次式:
(AX)(TY)(RZ)VO4
(式中、「A」はアルカリ土類金属であり、「X」はバナジン酸塩に対するアルカリ土類金属のモル比であり;
「T」は遷移金属であり、「Y」はバナジン酸塩に対する遷移金属のモル比であり;
「R」は希土類金属であり、「Z」はバナジン酸塩に対する希土類金属のモル比であり;
そして
0≦X≦1;0≦Y≦1;0≦Z≦1;及びX+Y+Z=1である)によって定義される工程と;
b.前記バナジン酸塩成分と前記担体材料に水を加えて水性混合物を生成させる工程と;
c.前記水性混合物を有機薬剤と混合し、押出し可能な組成物を生成する工程と;
d.前記押出し可能な組成物を複数の平行チャンネルを有する本体中に押出す工程と;
e.前記本体のか焼前又は後に、前記複数の平行チャンネル中の各チャンネルの一端を閉塞する工程
を含む、フィルターの製造方法。 - 前記複数の平行チャンネル中の各チャンネルの一端の閉塞が前記本体のか焼前に実施される、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 工程bの前に、少なくとも一種の結合剤をバナジン酸塩成分と担体材料に加えて乾燥材料の混合物を提供することを更に含み、前記乾燥材料の混合物は、1%から10%の前記バナジン酸塩成分、65%から80%の前記担体材料、及び10%から25%の前記少なくとも一種の結合剤を含み、該パーセンテージが乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 工程bの前に、可溶性バナジウム塩を乾燥材料の混合物に、前記乾燥材料の混合物が約1%の前記可溶性バナジウム塩を更に含むように加えることを含み、ここで、該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 工程bの後に、ガラス繊維を、5%から15%のガラス繊維となる量で水性混合物に加えることを更に含み、ここで該パーセンテージは乾燥重量パーセンテージである、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記担体材料がTiO2とWO3の混合物であり、TiO2とWO3の重量比が4:1から99:1である、請求項28に記載の方法。
- エンジンからのNOXとパティキュレートマターを含む排気ガスを処理する方法において、前記エンジンからの前記排気ガスを請求項1に記載のフィルターと接触させて、前記NOxを減少させ、前記パティキュレートマターを収集することを含む、方法。
- エンジンからの排気ガスを処理するための排気システムにおいて、
a.エンジンの下流に配された請求項1に記載のフィルター;
b.前記フィルターの上流のアンモニア又は尿素の供給源;及び
c.エンジンからの排気ガスを前記フィルターに導くための排気ガス導管
を具備する、排気システム。 - a.エンジン;
b.エンジンの下流に配された請求項1に記載のフィルター;
c.フィルターの上流のアンモニア又は尿素の供給源;及び
d.前記エンジンからの排気ガスを前記フィルターに導くための排気ガス導管
を具備する、システム。
