Abstract
Description
− 効率的なシール系による湿分に対するLEDモジュールの保護を不要にし、
− ひいてはLED近くの特定の吸収材料(カプセル化材料、接着剤ビード、プライマー)を排除することを可能にし、そして
− LEDを板ガラス及び光抽出手段の中心に近づけ、ひいては導波路として機能するガラス板(以後「第1ガラス板」と呼ぶ)による光吸収量を低減する。
− 第1主面と第2主面と周縁とを有する第1透明ガラス板;
− 第1主面と第2主面と周縁とを有する第2透明ガラス板;
− 第1ガラス板の第2主面、及び第2ガラス板の第1主面と接着して接触している積層セパレータが、
− 複数の発光ダイオード(LED)と、支持体に固定された、例えばプリント回路板(PCB)上に固定された関連電子構成部分とをそれぞれが含む1つ以上の発光ダイオードモジュール(LEDモジュール)であって、LEDの発光面が第1ガラス板の周縁に面することによって、この場合導波路として作用するこの第1ガラス板内に光を入射するように位置決めされた、1つ又は2つ以上の発光ダイオードモジュール(LEDモジュール);
− 光抽出素子、好ましくは第1ガラス板の主面のうちの一方に配置されている光抽出素子

前記板ガラスは、LEDモジュールに対して周囲側の接着剤ビード受容領域を、第2ガラス板の第1主面上に、又はこの第1主面を覆うコーティング上に形成するように、少なくともLEDモジュールが収容された板ガラスのエッジの部分で、第2ガラス板が第1ガラス板を超えて延びており、接着剤ビード受容領域は、車両のボディフレームに板ガラスを固定するように意図された接着剤ビードを受容するのに十分に広く、これにより接着剤ビードの受容に適している
ことを特徴とする、車両用発光グレージング、特に自動車用グレージング付きルーフである。
本発明の2つのガラス板のそれぞれは、周縁と2つの主面とを有している。車両の乗員コンパートメントの内部に向けられるように意図された面を第1主面と呼び、そして乗員コンパートメントの外部に向けられる面を第2主面と呼ぶことにする。
− 裸のガラス面、又は
− 適切なカプセル化材料、例えばカーボンブラックが充填されたポリウレタンで被覆されたガラス面、又は
− ポリマーフィルムで被覆されたガラス面、又は

Claims (11)
- −第1主面(11)、第2主面(12)、及び周縁(13)を有する、第1透明ガラス板(1);
−第1主面(21)、第2主面(22)、及び周縁(23)を有する、第2透明ガラス板(2);
−前記第1透明ガラス板(1)の前記第2主面(12)と接触し、かつ前記第2透明ガラス板(2)の前記第2主面(22)とを接着して接触している、積層セパレータ(3);
−複数の発光ダイオード(LED)(4)及び支持体上に固定された関連電子構成部分をそれぞれが有する1以上の発光ダイオードモジュール(LEDモジュール)(8)であって、前記LEDの発光面(31)が、前記第1透明ガラス板の前記周縁(13)に面するように位置している、1以上の発光ダイオードモジュール(LEDモジュール)(8);及び
−光抽出素子、好ましくは前記第1ガラス板の前記主面のうちの一方に位置している光抽出素子;
を具備する、車両用発光グレージングであって、
車両のボディフレーム(14)に、前記グレージングを固定するための接着剤ビード(10)を受容するのに適した、前記LEDモジュール(8)に対して周囲側の接着剤ビード受容領域(9)を、前記第2ガラス板の前記第1主面(21)上に、又はその主面を覆うコーティング上に形成するように、少なくとも前記LEDモジュールが収容された前記グレージングのエッジの部分で、前記第2ガラス板が前記第1ガラス板を超えて拡がっている、
ことを特徴とする、車両用発光グレージング。 - 前記接着剤ビード受容領域(9)の幅が、20mm〜100mm、好ましくは25mm〜60mm、具体的には30〜50mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のグレージング。
- 前記接着剤ビード受容領域(9)に、前記LEDモジュールに対して周囲側の位置で適用された接着剤ビード(10)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のグレージング。
- 前記第2ガラス板の少なくとも周縁(23)と前記接着剤ビード受容領域(9)とを覆うコーティングの形態を成すカプセル化素子(5)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3までのいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記カプセル化素子(5)が、前記第2ガラス板の第1主面(21)上で、前記接着剤ビード受容領域(9)を超えて前記積層セパレータ(3)まで拡がっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4までのいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記接着剤ビード受容領域を超えた前記領域において、前記カプセル化素子の厚さが前記積層セパレータ(3)の厚さと実質的に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のグレージング。
- 前記LEDモジュールが、前記カプセル化素子によってカプセル化されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6までのいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記LEDモジュールが、取り外し可能なカバーによって保護されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7までのいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 前記LEDモジュールが収容されているエッジの部分では、前記第1ガラス板の周縁(13)と前記第2ガラス板の周縁(23)との間隔が、40mm以上であり、好ましくは50〜100mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8までのいずれか一項に記載のグレージング。
- 請求項1〜9までのいずれか一項に記載の発光グレージングを含む車両、好ましくは自動車。
- 前記発光グレージングが、前記車両のルーフの部分を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10までのいずれか一項に記載の車両。
