Description
Claims (9)
- 車両の熱機関(1)の排気ガス回路(3)におけるエネルギー回収システムであって、熱交換器(18)が取り付けられた排気ガスバイパスダクト(15)を備え、前記回路(3)における前記バイパスダクト(15)の接続点(17)の下流に位置する前記排気回路の一部には、前記排気回路(3)を少なくとも部分的に遮断可能な弁(16)が取り付けられ、
前記バイパスダクト(15)は、前記熱交換器の出口(18)において、吸気回路(2、6)内に開口する第1のチャネル(20)と、前記弁(16)の下流にある前記排気回路(3)内に開口する第2のチャネル(21)と、を備えるエネルギー回収システム。 - 前記弁(16)は、最大開位置と閉位置との間に位置する任意の中間位置に固定可能な枢動可能に取り付けられたフラップを備える、請求項1に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記排気回路(3)は、前記回路(3)における前記バイパスダクト(15)の前記接続点(17)の上流に位置する粒子フィルタ(13)を備える、請求項1または2に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記バイパスダクト(15)は、前記熱交換器の出口(18)において、前記熱交換器(18)から出るガスが、前記第1のチャネル(20)または前記第2のチャネル(21)のいずれかを通過できるように制御可能である選択装置(22、26)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記選択装置は、前記第1のチャネル(20)を開くと共に前記第2のチャネル(21)を閉じる第1の位置と、前記第2のチャネル(21)を開くと共に前記第1のチャネル(20)を閉じる第2の位置との間で枢動可能に取り付けられた単一のフラップ(23)が取り付けられた弁(22)を備える、請求項4に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記フラップ(23)は、70°〜90°の値を有する2つの位置の間を枢動する、請求項5に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記バイパスダクト(15)の前記熱交換器(18)および前記弁(22)は、一体化されたモジュールを形成する、請求項5または6に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記選択装置は、2つの回転可能な可動フラップ(27、28)が取り付けられた弁(26)を備え、一方(27)は前記第1のチャネル(20)に配置され、他方(28)は前記第2のチャネル(21)に配置され、前記各フラップ(27、28)は、それが挿入される前記チャネル(20、21)の最大開位置から閉位置に移動するように制御可能である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
- 前記2つのフラップ(27、28)は、互いに独立して制御される、請求項8に記載のエネルギー回収システム。
