Claims (20)
- 排気マニホールドおよび吸気マニホールドを含むエンジンであり、気体流体が前記吸気マニホールドに導かれ、かつ、気体流体が前記排気マニホールドを通って排出されるエンジン用の制御弁アセンブリであって、
少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器および少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器と、
前記少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第1バイパスと、
前記少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第2バイパスと、
前記第1バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる少なくとも第1弁および前記第2バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる少なくとも第2弁であって、前記第1弁および第2弁は、前記気体流体の流れを、前記第1および第2バイパスと、前記少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器および前記少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器との間においてそれぞれ制御する第1弁および第2弁と、
前記気体流体の流れを同じように制御するために前記第1弁および第2弁に作動可能に連結されるアクチュエータと、
を含む制御弁アセンブリ。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器および前記少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器が、給気冷却器、排気ガス再循環冷却器、単一の前記気体流体冷却器、単一の給気冷却器、複数の気体流体冷却器、複数の給気冷却器またはこれらの所定の組合せを含む群から選択されるものである、請求項1に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1弁が前記少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器および前記第1バイパスの接合点にあり、前記第2弁が前記少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器および前記第2バイパスの接合点にある、請求項1に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- アクチュエータハウジングをさらに含み、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータハウジングの内部にある、請求項1に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弁が前記アクチュエータハウジングにある、請求項4に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記アクチュエータハウジングの内部にある第1アクチュエータおよび第2アクチュエータをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1バイパスおよび前記少なくとも1つの第1流体冷却器が結合して、前記アクチュエータハウジングからの第1出口部を形成し、前記第2バイパスおよび前記少なくとも1つの第2流体冷却器が結合して、前記アクチュエータハウジングからの第2出口部を形成する、請求項4に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1出口部および前記第2出口部が前記アクチュエータハウジングで結合して、前記アクチュエータハウジングからの主出口部を形成する、請求項7に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、一体として作動するように作動可能に連結される複数のアクチュエータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、機械的アクチュエータ、空気圧的アクチュエータ、油圧的アクチュエータおよび電気的アクチュエータのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 排気マニホールドおよび吸気マニホールドを有するエンジンを含むエンジンであり、気体流体が前記吸気マニホールドを通って流入し、かつ、気体流体が前記排気マニホールドを通って排出されるエンジン用の制御弁アセンブリであって、
第1流体冷却器および第2流体冷却器と、
前記第1流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第1バイパス、および、前記第2流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第2バイパスであって、前記第1および第2流体冷却器の少なくとも1つが給気冷却器であり、もう一方が排気ガス再循環冷却器である第1バイパスおよび第2バイパスと、
前記第1バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる少なくとも第1弁および前記第2バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる第2弁であって、前記第1弁および第2弁は、前記気体流体の流れを、前記第1および第2バイパスと、前記第1および第2気体流体冷却器との間においてそれぞれ制御する第1弁および第2弁と、
前記気体流体の流れを同じように制御するために少なくとも前記第1弁および前記第2弁に作動可能に連結されるアクチュエータと、
を含む制御弁アセンブリ。 - 第1アクチュエータおよび第2アクチュエータがアクチュエータハウジングの内部にある、請求項11に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記弁が前記アクチュエータハウジングの内部にある、請求項12に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記排気ガス再循環冷却器と、前記第1または第2バイパスの1つに作動可能に連結される少なくとも1つの排気ガス再循環弁をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 排気マニホールドおよび吸気マニホールドを含むエンジンであり、気体流体が前記吸気マニホールドに導かれ、かつ、気体流体が前記排気マニホールドを通って排出されるエンジン用の制御弁装置であって、
第1流体冷却器、第2流体冷却器および第3流体冷却器と、
前記第1流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第1バイパスと、
前記第2流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第2バイパスと、
前記第3流体冷却器を迂回して気体流体をバイパスさせる第3バイパスと、
前記第1バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる第1弁、前記第2バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる第2弁、および前記第3バイパスに作動可能に関連付けられる第3弁と、
前記第1バイパス、前記第2バイパスおよび前記第3バイパスを通る前記気体流体の流れを同じように制御するために、前記第1弁、前記第2弁および前記第3弁に作動可能に連結されるアクチュエータと、
を含む制御弁装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ、前記第1弁および前記第2弁を含む単一のハウジングをさらに含む制御弁装置であって、前記第3弁は、前記ハウジングの外側の別の位置にあるが、前記アクチュエータに作動可能に連結されかつ前記アクチュエータによって制御される、請求項15に記載の制御弁装置。
- 前記第1流体冷却器、前記第2流体冷却器、および前記第3流体冷却器は、それぞれ、給気冷却器、排気ガス再循環冷却器、単一の前記気体流体冷却器、単一の給気冷却器、複数の気体流体冷却器、複数の給気冷却器またはこれらの所定の組合せを含む群から選択されるものである、請求項16に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1バイパスおよび前記第1流体冷却器が結合して、前記単一ハウジングからの第1出口部を形成し、前記第2バイパスおよび前記第2流体冷却器が結合して、前記単一ハウジングからの第2出口部を形成する、請求項16に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1出口部および前記第2出口部が前記アクチュエータハウジングで結合して、前記アクチュエータハウジングからの主出口部を形成する、請求項18に記載の制御弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1バイパスが高圧冷却器バイパスであり、前記第2バイパスが給気冷却器バイパスであり、前記第3バイパスが低圧冷却器バイパスである、請求項15に記載の制御弁装置。
