Abstract
Description
本発明は、PMIフォームコアで充填されている、新規の繊維強化された異形材原材料を製造する新規種類の方法に関する。殊に、本発明は、新規種類のプルトルージョン法(Pultrosinsverfahren)、略してプルコア法(Pul−Core−Verfahren)に関し、この方法を用いて、1つの方法工程において、繊維強化された異形材原材料が製造されかつ同時にPMIフォームコアで充填される。そのうえ、同じ方法工程において、繊維強化された異形材料へのPMIフォームコアの極めて良好な接合が保証される。
技術水準によれば、PMIフォームで充填された中空体は、いわゆる、インモールド法(In−Mold−Verfahren)を用いて製造されうる。その際に、この完成された中空体は、顆粒で充填され、この顆粒は、引き続き熱により発泡され、かつその際に架橋される。この方法の欠点は、複数の方法工程、すなわち中空体の製造、顆粒での充填および発泡が必要とされることにある。さらなる欠点は、PMIの比較的高い発泡温度のために、熱的に不安定な材料、例えば炭素繊維とエポキシ樹脂とからなる複合体を使用しえないことである。さらに、発泡の際に生じた、フォームと被覆層との接合がごく弱く形成されていることである。当該インモールド法は、例えばWO 2012/013393中に記載されている。それとは別に、PURフォーム充填物は、技術水準によれば、液体として空隙内に注入され、かつ引き続き発泡されかつ硬化される。しかし、この方法は、一方で、PMIフォームを充填する記載された方法と同様の欠点を必然的に伴い、さらにまたPMIに応用することができない。
本発明の基礎となる課題は、とりわけ、繊維強化された、PMIフォーム材料で充填された中空異形材、例えば管を製造する、新規種類の方法を提供することであった。
前記課題は、繊維強化された、PMIフォームコアで充填されたエンドレス異形材を連続的に製造する、新規種類の方法により解決される。前記方法は、中心部にPMIからなるフォームコアを供給するプルトルージョン法である。さらに、前記フォームコアの周りには、プルトルージョン法により、繊維材料と熱可塑性樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂とからなる被覆層が形成される。PMIフォームコアをプルトルージョン生成物中に導入する、前記の新規プルトルージョン法は、以下、プルコア法と呼称される。
Claims (13)
- 繊維強化された、PMIフォームコアで充填されたエンドレス異形材を連続的に製造する方法において、この方法が、中心部にPMIからなるフォームコアを供給するプルトルージョン法であり、前記フォームコアの周りには、プルトルージョン法により、繊維材料と熱可塑性樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂とからなる被覆層が形成されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 前記フォームコアを、複数の、互いに接して連ねられた個々の断片の形で連続的にプルトルージョンプラントに導入することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料は、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、ポリマー繊維、殊にアラミド繊維、または織布であり、好ましくは、アラミド繊維または炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂は、ポリエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、PU樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂、有利にPU樹脂またはエポキシ樹脂から形成された材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繊維材料を、個々の繊維、ロービングおよび/またはフリース、織布および/またはレイドスクリムの形で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- PMIフォームコアのための材料として、PMIフォームを、30〜200kg/m3の密度範囲内で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プルトルージョン法は、供給されたフォームコアの周りで変性させるプルプレフォーミング法、プルワインディング法またはプルブライディング法であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- フォームコアと被覆材料とからなる、PMIフォームで充填された中空異形材において、前記被覆材料が繊維材料で強化された熱硬化性樹脂であり、および前記フォームコアがPMIフォームであり、ならびに前記PMIフォームで充填された中空異形材が接着剤層および接合箇所を有しないことを特徴とする、前記中空異形材。
- 前記PMIフォームコアがPMIフォームコアと外被材料との境界面に、マトリックス材料で充填された開放細孔を有することを特徴とする、請求項8記載のPMIフォームで充填された中空異形材。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂が硬化されたエポキシ樹脂またはPU樹脂であり、および前記繊維材料が炭素繊維またはガラス繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載のPMIフォームで充填された中空異形材。
- 前記PMIフォームが金属または別のプラスチックからなる、さらなる材料を、任意に管の形で含むことを特徴とする、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項に記載のPMIフォームで充填された中空異形材。
- 前記PMIフォームがインサート、殊に金属インサートを有することを特徴とする、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項に記載のPMIフォームで充填された中空異形材。
- 自動車の組立、輸送用車両の組立、船舶の組立、航空機の組立、ヘリコプターの組立における、風力エネルギーを取得するためのプラントの建造の際の、および宇宙航空における、請求項8から12までのいずれか1項に記載のPMIフォームで充填された中空異形材の使用。
