いくつかの実施形態では、生来の心臓弁を置換するための装置は、置換心臓弁40およびアンカー42を備える。いくつかの実施形態では、アンカー42は、例えば、図1に示すように、編まれた編組構造体を備える。編まれた編組構造体は、複数の編組交差部44を備える。
いくつかの実施形態では、リベット46は、第1および第2のワイヤー・セグメント20,22の中の孔部を通して挿入されている。いくつかの実施形態では、孔部は、放電加工(EDM)またはレーザ切断によって、ワイヤー・セグメント20,22を通して切削されている。また、他の方法も適切である。
Claims (10)
- 拡張可能なアンカーと、
該拡張可能なアンカーに取り付けられる置換心臓弁と、
複数のリベットとを備え、
前記拡張可能なアンカーは、前記置換心臓弁の少なくとも一部分を取り囲む、編まれた編組構造体を備え、該編まれた編組構造体は、複数の編組交差部を有し、それぞれの編組交差部は、第1のワイヤー・セグメント、および、該第1のワイヤー・セグメントと重なる第2のワイヤー・セグメントを有し、
前記リベットのうちの1つが、前記編組交差部において、前記第1のワイヤー・セグメントおよび前記第2のワイヤー・セグメントを通って延在し、該第1のワイヤー・セグメントは、該第2のワイヤー・セグメントに対してヒンジ接続可能である、
生来の心臓弁を置換するための装置。 - 前記リベットは、中央部および2つの端部を備え、該中央部は、該2つの端部よりも小さい断面を有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アンカーが、ワイヤーの単一のストランドから形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アンカーは、編組交差部の1番目の横列を含む、編組交差部の複数の横列を備え、編組交差部の該1番目の横列は、複数のリベットを有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アンカーは、編組交差部の複数の縦列を備え、編組交差部の前記1番目の横列は、少なくとも2つの隣接する縦列においてリベットを有している、請求項4に記載の装置。
