Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 耐衝撃性のある外板(an impact-resistant outer skin)と、
炭素繊維複合パネルと、
冷橋(cold bridge)のそばに選択的に配置される断熱パネルと、
を備えることを特徴とする航空機構造物(an aircraft monument)のための保護パネル。 - 前記断熱パネルは、前記耐衝撃性のある外板と前記炭素繊維複合パネルに挟まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 冷橋がない領域では、前記断熱パネルの代わりにスペーサ(spacer)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記断熱パネルの厚みは、前記耐衝撃性のある外板の厚みの略2倍であるであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記パネルの内部に、更に、連続気泡音響発泡体(open cell acoustic foam)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記連続気泡音響発泡体は、少なくとも、前記炭素繊維複合パネルの2倍の厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記耐衝撃性のある外板と前記断熱パネルは、前記保護パネルの全体としての厚みの半分よりも薄い厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記耐衝撃性のある外板は、繊維ガラスによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記耐衝撃性のある外板は、熱可塑性物質によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記断熱パネルは、真空遮蔽パネルのタイル(vaccum insulation panel tiles)から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
- 前記耐衝撃性のある外板は、図柄(design)の担体とするためのオープン・ウィーブで事前に充填される炭素強化パネル(open weave pre-impregnated carbon reinforced panel)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護パネル。
