背景技术
现代商用飞行器习惯配备食物和饮品制备专区,通常被称为厨房,用于为乘客和机组人员提供服务。厨房包含各种类型的设备,用于食物和饮料的储存、制备和处理,诸如冷藏装置、加热器、烤箱、饮品酿造机等等。在厨房内工作的飞行乘务员,为乘客提供各种便利,诸如饮品、小食品和较长飞行中的用餐。正如所有的飞行器设备一样,当今的飞行器厨房努力成为功效和节约重量与空间的典范。飞行器厨房的每个组件必须遵守这些原则,并且除了保留功能和便利之外,既紧凑又有效率。所有设备也必须以人体工程学和有效的分配空间的方式被布置。

发明内容
本发明是用于飞行器厨房的冷藏装置,其包括侧面通道窗/门,用于允许乘客选择并自助服务某些产品,诸如软饮料,但是在侧面通道窗/门处,冷藏装置被构建,以便限制乘客接近冷却器的指定部分,并且不要求乘客进入厨房。该侧面窗从厨房外部进入,优选地,邻近共用的人行道或过道,以便乘客不需要进入厨房就可获取赠送的饮品等等。本发明的优点是其可以从现有飞行器冷却器被改进,诸如,可从佛罗里达州的惠灵顿的B/E航空公司得到的600型红酒冷却器。前载冷藏装置具有在厨房内的至少一个前门,在厨房内,飞行乘务员可以用饮品和小食品装满该装置,并且也使用单独的隔间内的冷藏装置,用于限制的饮品,诸如啤酒和红酒。通过侧通道门,乘客可以获取储存在指定的隔间内的赠送的物品,但是不能获得到位于单独的隔间内的被限制的物品的通道。然而,这两个隔间被相同的制冷装置冷却,并且没有额外的管道被要求用来冷却这两个隔间。
本发明的冷藏装置包括框架,其在一侧具有可移动的面板,当被飞行器的配置和其在厨房内的位置需要时,所述面板可以被移动到另一侧。框架的相对侧是打开的,以接收侧面隔间模块,该侧面隔间模块安装在厨房的侧壁内。侧面隔间模块优选地在背面或顶面开口,以允许冷却的空气循环,而且给限制的隔间提供屏障,以便乘客不能够到(即使接近)啤酒、红酒。因此,冷藏装置被分为两个隔间,其都可以通过冷藏装置的前门被装载也允许通过厨房外的侧门进入两个隔间中的一个隔间。
由于两个隔间使用相同的冷却设备,所以不需要额外的管道或装置以冷却侧隔间内的产品。对第二冷却器和/或管道的需要的消除既节省了冷却器的成本,又节省与第二冷藏装置和额外组件有关的重量。侧隔间,其在厨房的外侧的过道内可进入的,并且可以用于储存乘客可以获得的赠送的饮品和小食品,进而减少飞行乘务员的负担。

在第一优先的实施例中,后部面板70是打开的(见图3),以使来自主隔间的冷却气体循环进入到侧隔间,同时,开口也可以建立在顶部面板64中,但是为了防止乘客跨过分隔壁62拿到东西,在开口上的一些网格或栅栏也是优选的。
侧通道隔间58优选地由单片金属或聚合物形成,被压制成期望的形状,并且被插入到框架中的空腔内。铝也可被使用,由于其抗腐蚀的性能和容易成形,或其他材料也同样可以被使用,只要成形后材料具有必要的强度,以当插入到冷藏装置30的冷却环境中时,不会变形或腐蚀。
冷藏装置可以包括在前门36、56或侧门42上的锁,以阻止在没有钥匙的情况下的进入,在这种情况下,需要有对冷藏装置的内装物的更大的控制权。
本发明的益处是通过使用主冷却器冷却第二隔间,进而节省了成本和重量,所以本发明更有效率并且节省了花费和重量。这也节省空间,因为容纳第二冷却器的第二冷藏系统所需要的体积可以被用于储存饮品、食物、红酒、啤酒或在飞机上供应其他的产品。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于飞行器厨房的冷藏装置,包括:
框架,其被底板、顶板、包含第一和第二前门的前面板、后壁、可移动的第一侧壁和与所述可移动的第一侧壁相对的开口侧窗限定;
侧通道隔间,其适于被接收在所述框架的开口侧窗中,所述侧通道隔间包括分隔壁、顶部面板和底部面板,顶部面板和底部面板与所述分隔壁配合,以限定侧通道隔间内部空间,所述分隔壁从主冷却隔间分离出所述侧通道隔间内部空间;
横向挡缘,其与所述分隔壁间隔,并且从所述顶部面板和底部面板延伸,以安装所述侧通道隔间到固定的厨房壁;以及
侧门,其被安装到所述侧通道隔间,用于获得进入所述侧通道隔间内部空间的通道;
