Claims (15)
- 設置開口(20)を備えるハウジング(4)と、フィルターエレメント(5)とを備える、自動車の内燃エンジンの排気ガスにフィルターをかける粒子フィルター(2)であって、
粒子フィルター(2)は、外側ジャケット(12)と、前記外側ジャケット(12)内に軸方向に取り外し可能に配置されている内側ジャケット(9)とを備え、
前記ハウジング(4)は、カバー(22)により閉鎖される前記設置開口(20)を備え、前記カバー(22)を通じて前記内側ジャケット(9)を軸方向に前記外側ジャケット(12)内に挿入することができ、かつ前記外側ジャケット(12)から引っ張り出すことができ、
前記フィルターエレメント(5)は、前記内側ジャケット(9)内で支持され、前記内側ジャケット(9)は、前記外側ジャケット(12)上で径方向に支持され、
前記内側ジャケット(9)は、前記フィルターエレメント(5)の流出側のリング(24)に接触し、
少なくとも1つの支持エレメント(25)が、前記カバー(22)上の前記リング(24)を軸方向に支持して圧力を伝達する粒子フィルター(2)。 - 前記支持エレメント(25)は、圧力を伝達するために前記リング(24)上で締め付けられ、
前記リング(24)は、前記内側ジャケット(9)上に固定配置されることで、前記カバー(22)を取り外した状態で、前記支持エレメント(25)上で引っ張ることにより、前記フィルターエレメント(5)を備える前記内側ジャケット(9)を前記外側ジャケット(12)から引き出すことができる請求項1に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。 - 前記支持エレメント(25)は、ねじ棒(37)と、ナット(39)と、キャップナット(40)と、ブッシング(38)とを備え、
前記ブッシング(38)は、前記カバー(22)を貫通し、前記カバー(22)上で固定配置され、
前記ブッシング(38)は、前記リング(24)から見て外方に向く側において外ねじ(41)を有し、
前記ねじ棒(37)は、前記リング(24)上で固定され、前記ブッシング(38)を通過し、
前記ナット(39)は、前記リング(24)から見て外方に向くブッシング(38)の側において前記ねじ棒(37)上にねじ止めされ、前記ブッシング(38)上で軸方向に支持され、
前記キャップナット(40)は、前記ナット(39)と、前記リング(24)から離れ、前記外ねじ(41)により前記ブッシング(38)にねじ止めされている前記ねじ棒(37)の解放端(42)とを覆っている請求項1又は2に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。 - 前記ねじ棒(37)の前記解放端(42)は、前記キャップナット(40)の前記内側(43)上で軸方向に支持される請求項3に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 径方向において前記内側ジャケット(9)と前記外側ジャケット(12)との間に、少なくとも1つの密閉エレメント(27)が配置される請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記密閉エレメント(27)は、ビーズ(31)を備える請求項5に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記密閉エレメント(27)が金網(33)を備える請求項5又は6に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記密閉エレメント(27)は、前記内側ジャケット(9)上に配置される前記密閉固定器具(29)上で保持される請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記カバー(22)は、前記外側ジャケット(12)に対して径方向に伸びる前記ハウジング(4)の外壁(17)上に形成されている前記設置開口(20)を完全に包む開口縁(21)に対して、クランプ(23)により接続される請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記フィルターエレメント(5)から軸方向に出る排気ガスを径方向に排出させる空洞円筒形の外側エレメント(15)が、軸方向における前記カバー(22)と前記リング(24)との間の位置に配置される請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記外側エレメント(15)は、前記外側ジャケット(12)に一体形成されている請求項10に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記リング(24)は、前記外側ジャケット(12)及び/又は前記外側エレメント(15)に径方向に支持され、軸方向に取り外し可能とされている請求項10又は11に記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記ハウジング(4)の密閉性を確認するための前記外側ジャケット(12)を貫通する漏れチャンネル(45)が設けられている請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 前記外側ジャケット(12)における径方向内側の少なくとも1つの成形部(13)は、前記内側ジャケット(9)を径方向に支持する請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)。
- 請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれかに記載の粒子フィルター(2)を備える内燃エンジンの排気システム用マフラー(1)であって、
前記粒子フィルター(2)の前記ハウジング(4)は、前記マフラー(1)のマフラーハウジング(3)の断面により形成されているマフラー(1)。
