Claims (13)
- ホイールリムにはめ込んで固定できるように成形されたゴム製のカーカスを備える、膨らませない乗り物用タイヤであって、
前記カーカスを通って横方向に延びかつ等間隔に離間した一連の導管と、
前記導管の間に設けられた弾性を有する支持リブと、
柔軟な補強具バンドの上方の前記カーカスに成形された、道路にひっかかるトレッドと、
を有するタイヤ。 - 生ゴム製カーカス、補強層、およびゴム製トレッドのアセンブリをホイールリムの上に成形し、補強具のバンドをゴム製トレッド材料のボディの下につけて密なタイヤを完成させ、熱および圧力を加えて前記ゴムを固めて前記カーカスと補強具を前記トレッドに接合させることによって作られた、請求項1に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記補強具は、複数の層をなすスチール布地バンドである、請求項1または2に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記導管の断面は、前記カーカスのゴムの中にくびれたリブを形成する、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記リブのくびれてない部分の少なくとも一部を通るように、小導管が形成されている、請求項4に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記タイヤを通る前記導管は、前記タイヤの軸に対して傾斜している、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 少なくとも前記導管へ通じる開口が、前記導管を通る空気流を発生させる形状を有している、請求項5または請求項6に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記スチール布地の補強具は、亜鉛メッキされているかまたは真鍮でコーティングされている、硬鋼でコーティングされた部品を含む、請求項3から7のいずれか1つに記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記スチール布地部品は、直径が約2mmである、請求項8に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- スチール布地の前記バンドは、前記カーカスの辺に平行な前記布地部品を有する一対の外側の層と、前記カーカスを横切って反対方向に傾斜した布地部品を有する一対の内側の層と、を有する、請求項8または請求項9に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記布地部品の傾斜は約30°である、請求項10に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記カーカスには、前記トレッドを通る前記導管から径方向に外側に延びる孔が設けられている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
- 前記カーカスの内側の周は前記ホイールリムのフランジの間を延びるように成形され、前記フランジは、前記リムを囲み、かつ、外表面に沿って設けられた一連の外側に突出するフランジつきリブを囲む浅い水路形状を形成している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の乗り物用タイヤ。
