Claims (10)
- 単層タッチスクリーンであって、
透明カバーガラスと、
前記透明カバーガラスの一面に塗布され、不可視領域に位置する複数本の凹溝を有する透明エンボス接着剤層と、
前記透明エンボス接着剤層に埋め込まれ、可視領域に位置する金属メッシュ層と、
前記複数本の凹溝の表面に堆積する筋目加工層と、
前記筋目加工層に塗布されたインク層と、を含むことを特徴とする、単層タッチスクリーン。 - 前記金属メッシュ層の材料が、金、銀、銅、アルミニウム及び亜鉛の1つまたはこれらの金属のうち少なくとも2つを含む合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 前記金属メッシュ層が、幅0.2μm〜5μm、厚さ1μm〜10μm、隣接する2本の間の距離が50μm〜500μmの金属グリッド線で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 前記凹溝が、深さが1μm〜5μmであり、幅が1μm〜5μmであり、隣接する2本の間の距離が50μm〜500μmであり、前記複数本の凹溝が互いに平行または交差することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 前記筋目加工層の厚さが、0.1nm〜30nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 前記筋目加工層の材料が、スズ、銀、アルミニウムの1つまたはこれらの金属のうちいずれか2つの合金であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 前記インク層の材料がエポキシ樹脂インクまたはPMMAインクであり、前記インク層の厚さが5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の単層タッチスクリーン。
- 単層タッチスクリーンの製造方法であって、
透明カバーガラスを提供し、前記透明カバーガラスの一面に表面処理を行うステップと、
前記透明カバーガラスの表面処理が行われた面にエンボス接着剤を塗布して、透明エンボス接着剤層を形成するステップと、
前記透明エンボス接着剤層に、筋目加工層を堆積させるための不可視領域に位置する複数本の凹溝をエンボスして形成するステップと、
前記透明エンボス接着剤層上に、可視領域に位置する金属メッシュ層を形成するステップと、
前記金属メッシュ層を剥離性接着剤でカバーし、次に非導電性真空メタライゼーションを用いて前記剥離性接着剤及び前記複数本の凹溝に一層の非導電性金属層を堆積させ、最後に前記剥離性接着剤を除去して、前記複数本の凹溝の表面に堆積した非導電性金属層が筋目加工層となるステップと、
前記筋目加工層上にインクを塗布して、インク層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、単層タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 金属メッシュ層を形成する前記ステップが、
前記透明エンボス接着剤層に、金属メッシュ層を埋め込むための可視領域に位置するメッシュ溝をエンボスして形成し、前記複数本の凹溝にフォトレジストを充填し、導電性材料を前記メッシュ溝に充填させ、次に前記フォトレジストを除去し、前記メッシュ溝に充填された導電性材料が前記透明エンボス接着剤層に埋め込まれる金属メッシュ層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の単層タッチスクリーンの製造方法。 - 前記複数本の凹溝及び前記メッシュ溝は、
前記複数本の凹溝及び前記メッシュ層に対応するパターンを有するテンプレートで前記透明エンボス接着剤層にそれぞれ不可視領域に位置する前記複数本の凹溝及び可視領域に位置する前記メッシュ溝をエンボスして形成するという操作で得られることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の単層タッチスクリーンの製造方法。
