Claims (7)
- コンクリート及びモルタルの製造におけるポルトランドセメントの交換用補助セメント質材料の製造方法であって、
当該セメント質材料が、灰及び岩の形状の天然のポゾランを含み、
粉砕状態の前記ポゾランを、粉砕装置中で粉砕により高エネルギー機械的処理にかけ、それによって、当該ポゾラン粒子は機械的衝撃を受け、
粉砕を、所定の時間実施し、
粉砕後の当該ポゾランの最終生成物が、以下の粒子径分布を有し:
≦ 5ミクロン 15−50%、
≦ 10ミクロン 30−65%、
≦ 30ミクロン 90−95%、
粉砕ポゾラン、ポルトランドセメント及び水の混合物が、標準砂及び更に要求される水に対して1:2.75の比率で80%のポルトランドセメント及び20%の天然のポゾランを含むモルタルの2インチサイドキューブの圧縮強度となり、
ポルトランドセメントの重量の48.5%に対応する更なる水及び1:2.75のポルトランドセメント:砂の比率を含むモルタルの、前記キューブとして処理された、28日後には2インチサイドキューブの圧縮強度の≧75%である、封印状態で+20℃で硬化され及び振動下に適切に圧縮された、米国規格ASTM C109に従ったモルタルの流れを得ることを特徴とする、前記の製造方法。 - 当該ポゾランの前記処理中又は処理後に、前記ポゾランに、ポルトランドセメント、フライアッシュクラスF又はC、微粉石英、花崗岩採石場の微粉、リサイクルコンクリート又は高炉スラグの微粉フラクション又はそのブレンドを添加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポルトランドセメント、フライアッシュクラスF又はC、微粉石英、花崗岩採石場の微粉、リサイクルコンクリート又は高炉スラグの微粉フラクション又はそのブレンドを、予備粉砕にかけ、5%未満の45ミクロン篩上の保持を持つ細かさを実現することを特徴とする、請求項1又は3に記載の方法。
- 当該ポゾランの前記粉砕中又は粉砕後に、前記ポゾランに、水低減剤、硬化時間調整剤、及び粉末形状の強度促進混合物を添加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- コンクリート又はモルタル中の前記ポゾランによるポルトランドセメントの交換が15〜約70%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 当該ポゾランを前記粉砕装置中で粉砕にかけ、5%未満の30ミクロン篩上の保持を持つ最終生成物の細かさにすることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 粉砕される材料用に開又は閉回路に採用される、粉砕装置中でポゾランを粉砕にかけることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
