Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- モルタル及びコンクリートの調製に用いられるC級及び/又はF級フライアッシュなどのフライアッシュを含むポゾランを加工する方法であって、粉砕設備内で粉砕することによって該ポゾランを高エネルギーの機械的加工にかけ、30ミクロン篩上の保持率が5%未満である最終生成物の微細度とし、それによって、粗い鉱滓(scoria)粒子の形態の非セノスフェアが解砕されるとき、該ポゾラン粒子は機械的な衝撃を受け、それによってセノスフェアの粉砕された粒子の表面が活性化されることを特徴とする、上記方法。
- 前記ポゾランを予備分級にかけて、45ミクロン篩上の保持率が少なくとも90%である部分を分離すること、及びその大き過ぎる粒子を30ミクロン篩上の保持率が5%未満である微細度に粉砕し、28d日後のポゾラン指標(pozzolanic index)ASTM C618による強度75%以上を達成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポゾランを予備分級にかけて、45ミクロン篩上の保持率が少なくとも95%である部分を分離すること、及びその大き過ぎる粒子を、30ミクロン篩上の保持率が5%未満である微細度に粉砕することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポゾランを予備分級にかけて、45ミクロン篩上の保持率が少なくとも99%である部分を分離すること、及びその大き過ぎる粒子を、30ミクロン篩上の保持率が5%未満である微細度に粉砕することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記予備分級後のポゾランを混合粉砕(Intergrinding)にかけて、30ミクロン篩上の保持率が5%未満である微細度に粉砕することを特徴とする、請求項2、3又は4に記載の方法。
- 最終生成物が
5ミクロン以下15〜25%、
10ミクロン以下30〜40%、
30ミクロン以下90〜95%
の粒度分布を有するように、ポゾランを粉砕にかけることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ポゾランの前記加工中又は後に、ポルトランドセメントを前記ポゾランに最大10重量%の量で加えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポゾランの前記加工中又は後に、粉末の形態の減水剤、硬化時間調整剤及び/又は凝結促進剤が前記ポゾランに加えられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
