IN4は、速硬化性ポルトランドセメント(高い粉末度のASTM C 150によるIIIタイプ)を表す。
Claims (8)
- 溶鉱炉スラグ、フライアッシュ、石英、シリカ、非晶質二酸化ケイ素、石灰石及び再生コンクリートから選択される微細なセメント状補助材料及びミクロフィラーが完全に混合されているポルトランドセメントからなる混合セメントを製造する方法であって、前記補助材料を、第1のステップで、乾燥状態で少なくとも1000cm2/g(ブレーン法)の比表面積まで粉砕し、第2のステップで、前記粉砕した補助材料を、セメント及びSiO2を含む前記ミクロフィラーを含み、前記セメント粒子を多数の衝撃インパルスに付して前記セメント粒子の表面エネルギー及び化学反応性を増大させる振動粉砕媒体による粉砕機中で前もって処理されている高度に反応性のセメント混合物と共に乾燥状態で粉砕に付し、この粉砕に供せられる前記高度に反応性のセメント混合物の量が第2のステップにおける総粉砕質量の少なくとも20重量%である、少なくとも3000cm2/g(ブレーン法)の比表面積を得る、上記方法。
- 前記ポルトランドセメントが、溶鉱炉スラグ、フライアッシュ、石英、シリカ、非晶質二酸化ケイ素、石灰石及び再生コンクリートから選択される微細なセメント状補助材料と、ミクロフィラーと、乾燥セメント混合物のための減水剤とが完全に混合されているものであって、前記高度に反応性のセメント混合物が、更に前記減水剤として粉末状減水剤の形態のポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記混合セメントが、前記高度に反応性のセメント混合物を20重量%から最大80重量%まで含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント状補助材料が、Fクラスのフライアッシュから実質的になる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント状補助材料が、Cクラスのフライアッシュから実質的になる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント状補助材料が、粒状の溶鉱炉スラグから実質的になる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セメント状補助材料が、少なくとも80重量%の二酸化ケイ素含量を有する石英充てん材から実質的になる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- コンクリート混合物を製造する方法であって、第1に、前記混合セメントを製造する請求項1から7までのステップ、第2に、前記混合セメントを砂及び/又はより大きな寸法の凝集体及び水と混合するステップを含む、上記方法。
