Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA PRODUZIR CIMENTO MISTURADO E UMA MISTURA DE CONCRETO". Processo para produzir cimento misturado, onde o cimento contém cimento Portland misturado com micro-enchimento e possivelmente um agente redutor de água para uma mistura seca de cimento e materiais cimentosos suplementares selecionados dentre escória de forno de injeção, poeiras e cinzas, dióxido de sílica amorfo, calcário, e concreto reciclado. A presente invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de os citados materiais suplementares em uma primeira etapa serem submetidos à moagem no estado seco para uma superfície específica de pelo menos 1000 cm^ 2^/g (Blaine) e em uma segunda etapa os materiais moídos suplementares serem submetidos à moagem junto com pelo menos 20% em peso da massa total de moagem de uma mistura altamente reativa de cimento no estado seco para obter uma superficie especifica de pelo menos 3000 cm^ 2^/g (Blaine), quando a mistura altamente reativa de cimento contém pelo menos um do componente SiO~ 3~ contendo micro-enchimento e um polímero na forma de agente redutor de água em pó previamente tratada em um moinho com meios vibratórios no qual as partículas de cimento são submetidas a um grande número de impactos aumentando energia de superfície e reatividade química das partículas de cimento.
