Claims (14)
- 吸気フィルタ装置(1)であって、
少なくとも前記吸気フィルタ装置(1)の入口面(5)から前記吸気フィルタ装置(1)の出口面(6)へ空気塊(4)を送給するための通路(3)と、
前記吸気フィルタ装置(1)の前記入口面(5)と前記出口面(6)との間に配置され、前記空気塊(4)中の水分を分離するために前記通路(3)内にある水分分離器(10)と、
前記空気塊(4)が強制的に前記水分分離器(10)を通過させられる第1の開放位置と、前記空気塊(4)が前記水分分離器(10)を通過せずに前記入口面(5)から前記出口面(6)へ流れる第2の閉鎖位置との間を移動可能なバイパス要素(15、115)と
を含み、
前記バイパス要素(15、115)が前記第2の閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記通路(3)内を流れる前記空気塊(4)から前記水分分離器(10)を隔離するために、前記バイパス要素(15、115)と協働するように作動可能なシャッタ要素(13、113、213)をさらに含む、吸気フィルタ装置(1)。 - 前記水分分離器が、第1の表面(20)と第2の表面(21)とを含み、前記空気塊(4)が、前記水分分離器(10)を通過するとき、前記分離器の前記第1の表面から前記第2の表面へ流れ、前記バイパス要素(15、115)が前記閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記通路(3)が前記第2の表面(21)において遮られる、請求項1記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記バイパス要素(15、115)が前記閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記シャッタ要素(13)が、前記第1の表面(20)を前記空気塊(4)から隔離するように作動可能である、請求項1または2記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記バイパス要素(15、115)が前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間の移動のためにその回りを回転するヒンジ(18)を前記吸気フィルタ装置(1)が含む、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記通路(3)が、少なくとも1つの内側表面(3c)によって区切られ、前記バイパス要素(15、115)の前記第1または第2の位置のうちの一方は、前記通路(3)の前記内側表面(3c)から離間し、前記バイパス要素(15、115)の前記第1または第2の位置のうちの他方は、前記通路(3)の前記内側表面(3c)に隣接する、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記水分分離器(10)が、前記通路(3)に対して固定され、前記バイパス要素(15)が、前記水分分離器(10)に対して移動可能である、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記水分分離器(10)が、前記通路(3)の内側表面(3c)から離間し、前記バイパス要素(15)が前記第1の開放位置にあるとき、前記バイパス要素(15)が前記水分分離器(10)と前記通路(3)の前記内側表面(3c)との間に延在し、前記バイパス要素(15)が前記第2の閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記バイパス要素(15)が前記水分分離器(10)に隣接する、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記水分分離器(10)が前記バイパス要素(115)と一体となる、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記第1の位置にある前記バイパス要素(115)が、前記通路(3)の内側表面(3c)から離れており、前記バイパス要素(115)が前記第2の位置にあるとき、前記バイパス要素(115)が前記通路(3)の前記内側表面(3c)に近接する、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記バイパス要素(15、115)が壁形状である、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。
- 前記水分分離器(10)は、液滴捕集器(11)とコアレッサ(12)とを含み、前記水分分離器(10)を通過する前記空気塊は、まず前記液滴捕集器を通過し、次いで、前記コアレッサ(12)を通過するように前記水分分離器(10)は前記通路(3)内で向きを定められている、前記請求項のいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ装置(1)。

前記空気塊(4)中の湿度を分離するために前記通路(3)内に水分分離器(10)を設けるステップであって、前記水分分離器(10)が前記吸気フィルタ装置(1)の前記入口面(5)と前記出口面(6)との間に配置される、ステップ(220)と、
前記空気塊(4)が強制的に前記水分分離器(10)を通過させられる第1の開放位置と、前記空気塊(4)が前記水分分離器(10)を通過せずに前記入口面(5)から前記出口面(6)へ流れる第2の閉鎖位置との間を移動可能なバイパス要素(15、115)を設けるステップ(230)と、
前記バイパス要素(15、115)が前記第2の閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記通路(3)内を流れる前記空気塊(4)から前記水分分離器(10)を隔離するために、前記バイパス要素(15、115)と協働するように作動可能なように配置された前記シャッタ要素(13)を設けるステップ(240)と
