Description
Claims (13)
- フロートガラスを製造するフロート槽において、
前記フロート槽の上部に備えられて前記フロート槽の内部に熱を供給する複数のヒーター;及び
前記複数のヒーターのうち所定ヒーターの間に備えられて熱伝逹を遮断する遮断膜を含むことを特徴とするフロート槽。 - 前記複数のヒーターが、1つまたはそれ以上のヒーター毎に相異なる熱量を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、相異なる熱量を供給するヒーターの間に備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、プレート状に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、上下方向の長さ調節が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、少なくとも一部分の角度調節が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、下端部が曲げられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記フロート槽が、前記フロート槽の内部温度を測定する温度測定部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記温度測定部が、前記遮断膜によって区分される区域毎に温度を測定することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記ヒーターが、前記温度測定部による温度測定値に応じて特定区域の熱供給量を制御することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフロート槽。
- 前記遮断膜が、耐火物材質からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽を含むガラスの製造装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項11のうちいずれか一項に記載のフロート槽を利用してガラスを製造する方法。
