Abstract
Description
したがって、低温状態の輸液または血液が患者の静脈を通じて投入される場合、投入された輸液または血液は患者の体温を低下させ、激しい場合は心臓ショックを発生させて患者を死亡に至るようにするおそれがある。
特に、体温調節が正常になされない全身麻痺酔患者の場合、手術後、激しい寒さを感じるようになり、輸液または血液が注入される皮膚で冷却点を刺激するようになって冷痛を感じるようになるおそれがある。
直接加熱方式の加温器用ヒーターモジュールは、消費電力が低く、輸液を迅速に加温でき、小型軽量で製造されることが要求される。
よく知られている前記加温器用ヒーターモジュールは、絶縁基板と、この絶縁基板の上部面に設定された抵抗値を有するようにパターンが形成された抵抗パターンと、この抵抗パターンの上部面に抵抗パターンを保護するための保護層とを含む。特許文献1に加温器用ヒーターモジュールが開示されている。
このような構成要素を有する加温器用ヒーターモジュールで輸液(または血液)を加温させると、金属で形成されて発熱作用をする前記抵抗パターンと輸液(または血液)との間の保護層でキャパシタンスが形成される。
このようなノイズは、生体電気信号の正常的な測定を困難にするため、患者状態の把握に深刻な問題を誘発させるおそれがある。
前記マスクは、金属薄板の長さと断面積で発熱に必要な抵抗値を設定させる抵抗パターン、電源供給端子、測定端子、加温される輸液または血液の温度を測定するための温度センサー装着位置、露出グラウンドがパターンで形成され得る。

Claims (8)
- 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板の一面に純粋金属あるいは2種以上の金属が所定の比率に混合された合金で積層されて長さと断面積のパターンで設定された抵抗値を有する抵抗パターンと、
前記抵抗パターンの上部面に所定の技法で塗布されて抵抗パターンを保護し絶縁させる第1絶縁体層と、
を含み、
前記第1絶縁体層の上部面に金属性物質が設定された所定の技法で蒸着される伝導体層と、
前記伝導体層の上部面に蒸着されて伝導体層の絶縁と防水、耐食性、耐薬品性を提供する薄膜保護層と、
の積層構造を含むことを特徴とする輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール。 - 前記抵抗パターンは、電源が供給される場合、設定された抵抗値により熱量を発生させる発熱体として作動することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール。
- 前記第1絶縁体層の塗布においてマスキングにより抵抗パターンに構成されたグラウンドの一部分の露出がそのまま維持し、
前記第1絶縁体層の上部面に蒸着される伝導体層が露出したグラウンドと電気的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール。 - 絶縁基板の一面あるいは両面に純粋金属や合金を設定された所定の技法でコーティングさせて金属薄板を形成する過程と、
前記金属薄板の上部面に設定された発熱量を有する抵抗パターンを形成させるためにマスクを定着させる過程と、
前記マスクが定着された金属薄板を化学物質に一定時間露出させてマスクパターンが形成された以外の金属部分を腐蝕させる過程と、
前記マスクを除去した後、純水で洗浄して抵抗パターンと温度センサー装着位置、グラウンドポートを露出させ、抵抗パターンの絶縁のために抵抗パターンの上部面に第1絶縁体を塗布する過程と、
温度センサーをソルダリングで装着し、前記第1絶縁体の上部面に金属性物質の伝導体を蒸着させる過程と、
前記伝導体と外部を電気的に絶縁させ、防水および耐食性、耐薬品性のために前記伝導体上部面に薄膜保護層を蒸着させる過程と、
を含む輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール製造方法。 - 前記マスクは、金属薄板の長さと断面積で発熱に必要な抵抗値を設定させる抵抗パターン、電源供給端子、測定端子、加温される輸液または血液の温度を測定するための温度センサー装着位置、露出グラウンドがパターンで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール製造方法。
- 前記第1絶縁体塗布過程で、グラウンドポートと温度センサー装着位置にはマスキングにより絶縁体が塗布されないように露出し、
前記伝導体蒸着過程で、前記露出したグラウンドポートと伝導体が電気的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール製造方法。 - 絶縁基板と、
前記絶縁基板に金属体がパターンで設定されて電源の供給により設定された所定の熱量を発生させる発熱層と、
前記発熱層の上部面に塗布されて発熱層を絶縁させる第1絶縁体層と、
前記第1絶縁体層の上部面に蒸着されて発熱層に形成されたグラウンドと電気的に接続する金属性物質である伝導体層と、
前記伝導体層の上部面に蒸着されて伝導体層を絶縁させる第2絶縁体層と、
前記第2絶縁体層の上部面に蒸着されて絶縁と防水、耐食性、耐薬品性を提供する薄膜保護層と、
を含む輸液注入装置の加温器用ヒーターモジュール。 - 絶縁基板の一面あるいは両面に金属体をコーティングさせて金属薄板を形成する過程と、
前記金属薄板の上部面に設定された発熱量を有する抵抗パターンを形成させるためにマスクを定着させる過程と、
前記マスクが定着された金属薄板を化学物質に一定時間露出させてマスクパターンが形成された以外の金属部分を腐蝕させる過程と、
前記マスクを除去した後、純水で洗浄して抵抗パターンと温度センサー装着位置、グラウンドポートを露出させ、抵抗パターンの上部面に第1絶縁体を塗布する過程と、
温度センサー装着位置に温度センサーをソルダリングで装着し、前記第1絶縁体の上部面に金属性物質の伝導体を蒸着させて露出したグラウンドポートと伝導体を電気的に接続させる過程と、
前記伝導体の上部面に第2絶縁体を塗布して電気的に絶縁させる過程と、
前記第2絶縁体の上部面に薄膜保護層を蒸着させる過程と、
