Abstract
Description
本発明は通常の穀物作物に加えて、マイクロセルロースを含む飼料の一種に関する。
動物に給餌する際、特に反芻動物において、繊維、タンパク質および糖類などの、飼料のすべての成分は、すべて、動物の生産および成長の異なる段階において意味を有する。動物は、屠殺までの飼育のすべての段階で効率的に給餌されなければならない。しかしながら、動物に関する、とりわけエネルギー必要量が変化するので、異なる要件がこれらの異なる段階の給餌に存在する。さらに、異なる役割に利用される動物(例えば、乳牛として、または、肉牛として)は、異なる要件、例えば、乳を作る牛は、高品質の乳を効率的に作り出すために多量のエネルギーを必要とし、肉牛の要件はそれらの成長によって誘導される、を有する。
有利な方法で消化される炭水化物を高い含量で有する、家畜、特に反芻動物の給餌に使用される飼料の提供が本発明の目的である。
本発明は、少なくとも一種の穀物作物ならびにマイクロセルロースを有利な方式で消化できる形態で含む飼料に関する。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一種の穀物作物ならびにさらにマイクロセルロースを含む、飼料
- 少なくとも一種の穀物作物が、少なくとも部分的に、2mmを超える長さを有する穀物およびわらの形態である、請求項1に記載の飼料。
- 穀物作物が、少なくとも部分的にサイレージ発酵される、請求項1または2に記載の飼料。
- 穀物作物が、トウモロコシ、小麦、大麦、モロコシ、草、燕麦、アルファルファ、蓮、キャベツ、クローバー、あわおよび大豆ならびにそれらのハイブリッドおよび混合物から選択される、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- 97重量%を超えるグルコース含量を有するマイクロセルロースまたは70重量%を超えるグルコース含量を有するリグニン含有マイクロセルロースを含む、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- マイクロセルロース含量が29重量%まで、好ましくは20重量%まで、より好ましくは5〜15重量%、最も好ましくは8〜10重量%である、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- マイクロセルロースの平均粒子径が、8〜100μm、より好ましくは10〜60μm、さらにより好ましくは15〜30μm、最も好ましくは20μm未満である、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- 少なくとも一種の穀物作物およびマイクロセルロースからなる、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- 少なくとも二種の穀物作物を含む、前記請求項いずれか1項に記載の飼料。
- −少なくとも一種の穀物作物を提供し、
−マイクロセルロースを調製し、および
−該穀物作物および該マイクロセルロースを混合する、
ことを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の飼料の製造方法。 - マイクロセルロースが、繊維状セルロース材料を、少なくとも140℃、セルロースの乾量基準ベースで少なくとも8%の濃度で、特に繊維状セルロース材料を酸に、好ましくは混合によって、接触させて、酸加水分解に供することで調製される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 加水分解の出発原料が、軟木または硬木、好ましくはそれらの化学パルプを基にするか、または、好ましくは綿、草本、バガス、穀類のわら、麻、大麻、サイザル麻、マニラ麻または竹から選択される、非木本リグノセルロース植物材料、最も好ましくは穀物のわらである、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- マイクロセルロースが、飼料に対して29重量%まで、好ましくは20重量%まで、より好ましくは5〜15重量%、最も好ましくは8〜10重量%の含量、最も好ましくは、飼料中の様々な成分の測定量、それらの消化性、動物の種類、季節の変化および動物の成長段階を考慮した給餌計画を基に決定された含量で添加される、請求項10から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
