Description
Claims (20)
- 栄養製品の甘味を中程度であるように改変することを含む、栄養製品における異味強度を調節する方法。
- 前記栄養製品が風味付けされた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記栄養製品が風味付けされていない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記栄養製品が炭水化物のブレンドを添加することにより改変される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記炭水化物のブレンドがマルトデキストリン、コーンシロップ、及び糖を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- マルトデキストリン、コーンシロップ、及び糖を約1対1対1の重量比で含有する炭水化物のブレンドを含む、栄養製品。
- 前記糖がスクロースである、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 前記マルトデキストリンが約8〜約12の範囲のDEを有する、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 前記コーンシロップが約24〜約29の範囲のDEを有する、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 前記マルトデキストリンが10のDEを有し、且つ前記コーンシロップが25のDEを有する、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 風味付けされた基材を有する、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 風味付けされていない基材を有する、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- タンパク質、脂質、ビタミン、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の成分を含む、請求項6に記載の栄養製品。
- 基材に、マルトデキストリン、コーンシロップ、及び糖を約1対1対1の重量比で含有する炭水化物のブレンドを加えることを含む、栄養製品を製造する方法。
- 前記糖がスクロースである、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記マルトデキストリンが、約8〜約12の範囲のDEを有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記コーンシロップが約24〜約29の範囲のDEを有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記製品が風味付けされた基材を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記製品が風味付けされていない基材を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記製品がタンパク質、脂質、ビタミン、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択された少なくとも1種の成分を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
