Claims (9)
- 制御装置(22)から制御命令を受信する複数の産業用車両を含む無人移送システムを有する製造プラントの運転方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つの第1の産業用車両によって、複数の部品を積んだ少なくとも1つの第1の部品キャリヤ(12)が倉庫(10)からピッキングステーション(14)へと移送されるステップと、
b)部品リストに応じて指定された少なくとも1つの部品が人員又はロボットにより前記部品キャリヤ(12)から取り出され、前記部品を他の部品キャリヤ(16)に載置するステップと、
c)他の部品キャリヤ(16)を他の産業用車両によってワークステーション(18)に移送するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記部品リストが前記ワークステーション(18)の生産量に応じて作成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記部品リストが、前記ピッキングステーション(14)において前記他の産業用車両及び/又は前記他の部品キャリヤ(16)のメモリ(34)に記憶されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ワークステーション(18)の前記部品リストが、前記メモリ(34)から前記ワークステーション(18)のロボット(20、26)に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記部品リストが、前記ワークステーション(18)の要求に応じて制御装置(22)によって前記ピッキングステーション(14)に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の部品キャリヤ(12)として棚が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記他の部品キャリヤ(16)が、他の産業用車両によって前記ワークステーション(18)に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第3の部品キャリヤ(32)上の少なくとも1つの処理予定部品(30)が、第3の産業用車両によって前記ワークステーション(18)に移送され、処理予定部品が前記ワークステーションの規定位置に置かれることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 処理予定部品(30)に関する情報が、前記第3の産業用車両及び/又は前記第3の部品キャリヤ(32)の制御装置(34)から前記ワークステーション(18)のロボット(26)に伝送されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
