Claims (10)
- 複数の積層された燃料電池ユニット(2)と少なくとも1つのスタック終端要素(3)から形成される燃料電池スタック(1)であって、前記積層された燃料電池ユニット(2)と前記スタック終端要素(3)はクランプ装置(4)によって締め付け可能であり、少なくとも前記締め付けられた燃料電池ユニット(2)がハウジング(7)により取り囲まれた燃料電池スタック(1)において、
前記ハウジング(7)と前記少なくとも1つのスタック終端要素(3)の間に、前記クランプ装置(4)の収容のための凹所(6.2)を有する、周囲を取り巻くシール(6)、特にリップシール(6.1)が配置され、前記クランプ装置(4)は少なくとも前記凹所(6.2)の領域において電気的に絶縁されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタック(1)。 - 前記クランプ装置(4)に少なくとも部分的に絶縁体(5)が成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記絶縁体(5)と前記シール(6)との間に嵌め合い結合および/または力嵌め結合が形成されるように、前記絶縁体(5)が前記凹所(6.2)の領域において形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記絶縁体(5)が部分的に、特に前記凹所(6.2)の領域において隆起部(5.1)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記絶縁体(5)がゴム、発泡体、ポリ塩化ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび/または熱可塑性ポリマーから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記シール(6)がゴム、発泡体、ポリ塩化ビニル、熱可塑性ポリウレタンおよび/または熱可塑性ポリマーから形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記クランプ装置(4)が、前記積層された燃料電池ユニット(2)と前記スタック終端要素(3)を取り巻く少なくとも1つの締め付けバンド(4.1)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記締め付けバンド(4.1)がグラスファイバーまたはステンレス鋼から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスタック終端要素(3)が前記ハウジング(7)の蓋を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
- 2つのスタック終端要素(3)において、前記スタック終端要素(3)の一方が前記ハウジング(7)の蓋を形成し、前記スタック終端要素(3)の他方が前記ハウジング(7)の底を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料電池スタック(1)。
