Abstract
Description
エアガイド60は、鋭い出口隆起部42を、サイクロン室10からほこりダクト40へと丸い又はカーブした遷移に変換し、これによりサイクロン流70への障害を回避する。更に、本発明によるエアガイド60は、ほこり収集室50とほこりダクト40とにより形成されるヘルムホルツ共鳴器を変える。ヘルムホルツ共鳴器のネック部のエリアは、もはやサイクロン室10の側壁11にある粒子排出口16によって規定されず、最初の出口隆起部41とエアガイド60上の或る点との間に形成される。最初の出口隆起部41とエアガイド60との間のこの実効断面62のエリアは、第1の出口隆起部と第2の出口隆起部との間の断面のエリアよりも大きい。結果として、ヘルムホルツ共鳴により振動される移動する空気の塊は、ここで、より大きなエリア62にわたって広がる。塊の一定の流れがヘルムホルツ共鳴器のネック部のより大きなエリアにわたって広がると、塊の前記流れの速度は減少する。これにより、振動運動の振幅は減少し、その結果、所望のノイズ低減となる。
Claims (13)
- −サイクロン室と、
−前記サイクロン室に隣接して配置される、空気から分離されたほこりの粒子を収集するためのほこり収集室と、
−前記サイクロン室と前記ほこり収集室との間の、ほこりの粒子を前記サイクロン室から前記ほこり収集室の方に通過させるためのほこりダクトと、
−前記ほこりダクトに隣接して配置される、前記ほこりダクト内の空気の運動量を減少させるためのエアガイドと、
を有する真空掃除機。 - 前記エアガイドは、前記サイクロン室に突出する、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記エアガイドは、前記サイクロン室内の螺旋気流の下流方向にあるほこりダクト隆起部に配置される、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記サイクロン室の中心軸の方向の前記エアガイドの長さは、前記サイクロン室の中心軸の方向の前記ほこりダクトの長さよりも大きいか又は等しい、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記サイクロン室の中心軸の方向の前記エアガイドの前記長さは、10〜150mm、特に10〜80mm、特に25〜55mmの範囲であり、好ましくは40mmである、請求項4に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記サイクロン室の中心軸の方向の前記エアガイドの前記長さと前記サイクロン室の中心軸の方向の前記サイクロン室の長さとの比は、1以下、特に1/2以下、好ましくは1/3以下である、請求項4に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記サイクロン室の中心に面する前記エアガイドの面は、前記サイクロン室の壁の湾曲と反対の湾曲を有する、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記エアガイドの曲率半径は、15〜70mm、特に20〜40mmの範囲であり、好ましくは30mmである、請求項7に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記エアガイドは、前記サイクロン室の壁に一体化される、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記ほこりダクトと前記エアガイドは、1つの部分として一体的に形成される、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記エアガイドは、丸い端部を有する、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- 前記エアガイドの少なくとも1つの面は、前記サイクロン室の壁に向かって閉じる、請求項1に記載の真空掃除機。
- −サイクロン室と、
−ほこりの粒子を前記サイクロン室から出させるためのほこりダクトと、
−前記ほこりダクトに隣接する、前記ほこりダクト内の空気の運動量を減少させるためのエアガイドと、
を有する、サイクロン分離装置。
