Abstract
Description
a)用語「含む(又は備える若しくは有する)」は、所与の請求項内に列挙された以外の他の要素又は動作の存在を除外しない;
b)要素は複数を除外しない;
c)請求項内の参照符号はその請求項の範囲を限定しない;
d)複数の「手段」は同一のアイテム、ハードウェア、又はソフトウェア実装構造若しくは機能によって表され得る;
e)開示の要素はハードウェア部分(例えば、ディスクリート回路及び集積電子回路を含む)、ソフトウェア部分(例えば、コンピュータプログラム)、及びこれらの任意の組み合わせから構成され得る;

Claims (20)
- 装着型デバイスに関連付けられたユーザの目標位置を取得する方法であって、前記装着型デバイスは、前記ユーザの状態に関する情報を受信し、前記状態の指標をネットワークを介してサーバに送信し、前記方法は、
それぞれが固有の識別子を送信する複数の照明ユニット、及び前記複数の照明ユニットの地理的位置を表す情報を保持するデータベースから形成されるネットワークを提供するステップと、
前記複数の照明ユニットのうちの少なくとも1つの照明ユニットの照明ユニット識別子を受信する照明ユニット識別子センサを前記装着型デバイスに提供するステップと、
前記装着型デバイスが、前記受信された照明ユニット識別子を前記指標とともにメッセージにより前記ネットワークを介して前記サーバに送信するステップと、
前記データベースが、前記受信された照明ユニット識別子に基づいて前記1つ以上の照明ユニットの地理的情報を提供するステップであって、前記1つ以上の地理的情報は前記装着型デバイスの前記目標位置に対応する、ステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記固有の識別子は電磁スペクトルを用いて送信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは、前記装着型デバイスと統合されているか、検出性能を向上させるために前記装着型デバイス上又は前記装着型デバイスのまわりにフレキシブルに配置されるかのうちから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサは前記1つ以上の装着型デバイスに無線接続されている、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型デバイスは、警報又は警告が生成された時、周期的に、所定の時間に、及び所定の条件が満たされた時のうちの1つで送信を行う、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記送信は、前記1つ以上の照明ユニット識別子に関連付けられた、特定の照明ユニット識別子が受信された時間を示すためのタイムスタンプをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型デバイスは、前記照明ユニット識別子、及び、個別の照明ユニット識別子のそれぞれの繰り返しがいつ受信されたかを示す前記関連付けられたタイムスタンプを記憶するメモリを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記送信される1つ以上の照明ユニット識別子は、複数の目標位置を取得するために、異なるタイムスタンプを有する多数の照明ユニット識別子を含み、前記方法は、前記装着型デバイスの経時的な軌跡を形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記装着型デバイスの前記ユーザの健康状態を評価するために前記軌跡を使用するステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記メッセージ内に単一の照明ユニット識別子が与えられている場合、当該照明ユニットの位置が前記目標位置であり、
前記メッセージ内に複数の照明ユニット識別子が、時間が近いタイムスタンプとともに与えられている場合、当該複数の照明ユニットの位置は前記目標位置を求めるために使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記データベースに前記照明ユニットの前記1つ以上の地理的位置の提供を要求するステップと、
前記装着型デバイスを装着しているユーザが前記目標位置において助けを必要としていることを少なくとも1人の緊急対応者に警告するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記目標位置は、建物セクション、階数、及び部屋番号;郵便番号、通りの名前、及び番地;目標位置が特定された建物マップ又は都市地図;緯度、経度、及び高度;所定の位置に対する相対位置;並びに前記問い合わせ応答において伝達された他の位置に対する相対位置、のうちの少なくとも1つに関連付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザの地理的位置を取得するためのシステムであって、
それぞれが固有の識別子を送信する複数の照明ユニット、及び前記複数の照明ユニットの地理的位置を表す情報を保持するデータベースから形成されるネットワークと、
ユーザの状態の指標、及び前記ユーザの位置をモニタリングシステムに送信するために前記ネットワークに接続されるサーバと、
前記ユーザが装着する装着型デバイスであって、前記装着型デバイスは、前記ユーザの状態を検出して前記ユーザの状態の前記指標を前記サーバに送信し、また、前記装着型デバイスは前記複数の照明ユニットのうちの少なくとも1つの照明ユニットの照明ユニット識別子を受信する照明ユニット識別子センサを有し、前記サーバは、前記装着型デバイスから前記照明ユニット識別子及び前記指標を受信して、前記データベースから前記1つ以上の照明ユニットの地理的位置を決定し、前記地理的位置は前記装着型デバイスの目標位置に対応する、装着型デバイスと
を含む、システム。 - 前記目標位置は、建物、病院、通り、及び都市における選択可能な位置から選択される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の照明ユニットは、電磁スペクトルを用いて前記固有の識別子を送信する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記照明ユニット識別子センサは、前記装着型デバイスと統合されている、及び検出性能及び/又は利便性を向上させるために前記装着型デバイス上又は前記装着型デバイスのまわりにフレキシブルに配置されている、から選択され、また、前記装着型デバイスに無線又はハードワイヤー接続によって接続されている、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記装着型デバイスの前記送信は、
1つ以上の照明ユニット識別子と関連付けられた、特定の照明ユニット識別子が受信された時間を示す1つ以上のタイムスタンプを含み、
警報又は警告が生成された時、周期的に、所定の時間に、及び所定の条件が満たされた時のうちの1つで前記サーバに送信される、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記送信される1つ以上の照明ユニット識別子は、前記装着型デバイスの経時的な軌跡を示す異なるタイムスタンプを含み、前記軌跡は、前記装着型デバイスを装着している前記ユーザの健康状態を示す、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標位置は、建物セクション、階数、及び部屋番号;郵便番号、通りの名前、及び番地;目標位置が特定された建物マップ又は都市地図;緯度、経度、及び高度;所定の位置に対する相対位置;並びに前記問い合わせ応答において伝達された他の位置に対する相対位置、のうちの少なくとも1つに関連付けられる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
