Claims (12)
- 移送ローラーによって移動する基板に有機太陽電池を構成する積層部を印刷するステップと、
前記積層部が印刷される前記基板の上側に掃除部が上下に往復移動しながら前記積層部の一部を前記基板から除去するステップと、
を含む有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記積層部を除去するステップは、
前記基板の移動方向と交差する幅方向の前記積層部を前記基板から除去する、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記掃除部の一端に接触部材が分離可能に連結されており、
前記接触部材は、前記積層部に接しながら前記積層部を前記基板から拭き取る、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記接触部材は、前記掃除部の長さ方向に沿って前記掃除部にスライディング結合可能である、請求項3に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記掃除部の一面には凹凸が形成されている、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
- 前記積層部を除去するステップは、
前記掃除部の内部に溶媒を注入するステップと、
前記掃除部が前記基板に向かって移動するステップと、
前記掃除部の一端が前記積層部に接しながら前記積層部を前記基板から拭き取るステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記積層部の一部を除去するステップは、
前記掃除部が前記基板に向かって下降して前記積層部に接するステップと、
前記掃除部が前記基板の幅方向に前後進運動を繰り返しながら前記積層部を前記基板から拭き取るステップと、
前記掃除部が前記基板の上部に上昇するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記掃除部が前記積層部に接すると、前記基板の移動が停止し、
前記掃除部が上昇すると、前記移送ローラーによって前記基板が移動する、請求項7に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記掃除部は、前記基板の幅方向に沿って長く形成されているロール状であって、
前記積層部の一部を除去するステップは、
前記掃除部が前記基板に向かって下降して前記積層部に接するステップと、
前記掃除部の長さ方向に沿う中心軸を中心に前記掃除部が回転しながら前記積層部を前記基板から拭き取るステップと、
前記掃除部が上昇するステップと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記積層部を印刷するステップにおいて、
異なる成分を有する複数の補助積層部を前記基板に順次印刷する、請求項1に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 移送ローラーによって移動する基板に有機太陽電池を構成する積層部を印刷するステップと、
排出部が前記積層部に向かって溶媒剤を撒布するステップと、
吸入部が前記溶媒剤によって溶解された積層部を吸入するステップと、
を含む有機太陽電池の製造方法。 - 前記積層部を印刷するステップ後に、
前記排出部及び前記吸入部が前記基板に向かって下降するステップを含み、
前記積層部を吸入するステップ後に、
前記排出部及び前記吸入部が前記基板から遠ざかる方向に上昇するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の有機太陽電池の製造方法。
