Abstract
Description
〈D―H 二段階、DとHと間の濃化〉
パルプをまず二酸化塩素と反応させ、濃度約25%に濃化し、濃度11%に希釈し、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムで更に処理した。加えたClO2の量は乾燥パルプの2.5kg/トン(1000kg)であり、ナトリウム亜塩素酸塩の量は乾燥パルプの1.785kg/トンであった。両方の段階についての合計反応時間は7分であった。上記の実験は7分後に反応が完了したことを示した。二酸化塩素の時間は、0、2、3.5、及び5分であった。ゼロは、2つの化学品を同時に加える基本的な場合を表す。二酸化塩素及び次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの両者の反応について、濃度は11%であり、温度は71℃であった。結果を図2に示す。
〈H―D DとHとの間に洗浄又は濃化なし〉
混合オフィス廃棄物(MOW)を、2つの別々の方法で、二酸化塩素と次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとの組合せで処理した。第一の方法では、二酸化塩素を紙と混合し、5分後に次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを加え、更に混合した。全体の保持時間は20分であり、温度は71℃であった。
〈FR方法−ゼロ蛍光低減〉
89.95%のISO UVの初期明度を有し、12.4の蛍光を有する混合オフィス廃棄物を含むリサイクル紙を、二酸化塩素及び次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの組合せで、2つの化学品を同時に加えて処理した。
〈D―H一段階、DとHとの間に濃化又は洗浄なし〉
リサイクル紙を、二酸化塩素及び次亜塩素酸ナトリウムと一段階で反応させた。次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの添加を、0、2、5、10、15、及び18分で変化させ、ゼロは同時添加(基本的な場合)を表す。2つの化学品の間に洗浄又は濃化は起こらなかった。合計保持時間は、全ての実験について20分であり;濃度は11%、及び温度は71.1℃であった。次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを加えた時間の遅れの関数として、明度及び白色度に対する影響を評価した。結果を図10及び11に示す。
Claims (11)
- リサイクルパルプの蛍光を低減する方法であって:
a)蛍光剤を含むパルプスラリーを、二酸化塩素に接触させることと;
b)前記パルプスラリーを、パルプの蛍光を低減させるのに充分な量の、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、少なくとも1つの次亜塩素酸ナトリウム誘導体、又はこれらの組み合わせから選択される次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分と接触させることと;
を含んでおり、
前記パルプを、前記二酸化塩素と接触させると同時又は後に、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分と接触させる、
方法。 - 前記パルプを、前記二酸化塩素と接触させた後約2分未満で、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分と接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パルプを、前記二酸化塩素と接触させた後約30秒未満で、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分と接触させる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記パルプを、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分及び前記二酸化塩素に同時に接触させる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記パルプと接触させる前記二酸化塩素成分の量が、乾燥パルプの約4〜約15kg/t(1000kg)の範囲内である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パルプと接触させる前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分の量が、乾燥パルプの約2〜約12.5kg/t(1000kg)の範囲である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素対前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分の重量比が、1:1〜3:1の範囲内である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化塩素対前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分の重量比が、1.2:1〜1.8:1の範囲内である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記パルプスラリーは、二酸化塩素と接触させる前に、約4%〜約20%の範囲の濃度を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- パルプスラリーのpHを2〜7の値に合わせる量のpH調製化学品を加えることを更に含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウム成分が次亜塩素酸ナトリウムである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
