Claims (15)
- 加熱管(10)を冷却する熱交換器(100)であって、
それぞれが前記加熱管(10)に熱的に接触するように構成されるように配置された少なくとも2本の冷却パイプ(20)と、
前記少なくとも2本の冷却パイプ内にエアロゾルを提供するように構成されたエアロゾル生成手段(50)とを備える熱交換器。 - 前記エアロゾル生成手段(50)が、
少なくとも2本の毛細管(30)と、
バルブ(40)、特にパルスバルブと
を備える、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バルブ(40)と前記少なくとも2本の毛細管(30)との間の導管(60)
をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記エアロゾル生成手段(50)が、
前記少なくとも2本の冷却パイプの入口側に設けられた少なくとも2つのバルブ(45)、特にパルスバルブを備える、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記エアロゾル生成手段が振動要素を備える、
請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記エアロゾル生成手段と通信するコントローラ(500)をさらに備え、前記コントローラが、パルス周期(620)、パルス持続時間(630)、およびパルス遅延(640)のうちの少なくとも1つを調整するように構成される、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 冷却パイプの数が、2〜64、好ましくは18〜24であり、かつ/または
冷却パイプの内径が、12mm2〜200mm2、好ましくは25〜80mm2、より好ましくは約50mm2であり、かつ/または
前記加熱管と接触している前記冷却パイプの各部分の長さが、20cm〜100cm、好ましくは約40cmである、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器。 - 蒸発器のための冷却された加熱管であって、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器を備え、前記熱交換器が前記加熱管に熱的に接触する、冷却された加熱管。 - 前記加熱管上に配置された溝(70)をさらに備え、前記冷却パイプは、前記溝(70)内に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記冷却管は、任意選択で、前記溝内へプレス嵌めされる、
請求項8に記載の蒸発器のための冷却された加熱管。 - 請求項8または9に記載の冷却された加熱管を備える蒸発器であって、
任意選択で真空チャンバ内に配置される蒸発器。 - 前記加熱管および/または前記冷却パイプの温度を測定する温度センサ(80)をさらに備え、前記センサが、前記コントローラに通信可能に結合される、
請求項10に記載の蒸発器。 - 蒸発器の加熱管を冷却する方法であって、
前記加熱管に熱的に接触している少なくとも2本の冷却パイプ内へエアロゾルを注入することを含む、方法。 - 前記加熱管の初期温度が、200℃以上、好ましくは300℃以上である、
請求項12に記載の蒸発器の加熱管を冷却する方法。 - 流体の注入が、パルス注入であり、
少なくとも1つのパルスパラメータが任意選択で可変であり、前記少なくとも1つのパルスパラメータが、パルス周期(620)、パルス持続時間(630)、およびパルス遅延(640)のうちの少なくとも1つである、
請求項12または13に記載の蒸発器の加熱管を冷却する方法。 - 前記パルス持続時間(630)が、1ミリ秒〜10ミリ秒、好ましくは2〜4ミリ秒、より好ましくは約3ミリ秒である、
請求項14に記載の蒸発器の加熱管を冷却する方法。
