Claims (12)
- 複数のフレームからなる第1容器;
前記第1容器の内部で回転可能に設置され、内部にハイドレートペレットが貯蔵され、内面に断熱部材が付着された第2容器;及び
前記第1容器の内部に設置され、前記第2容器を冷却させる冷凍機;を含み、
前記第2容器は、電源供給によって加熱されて前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させる熱線が内面に設けられるとか、あるいは温水が流動して前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させる温水流動管が内部に設けられることを特徴とする、ハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第1容器は、
前記第2容器が内部中央に貫通する複数の支持板;及び
前記第2容器と前記支持板との間にそれぞれ設置される複数のボールベアリング;を含み、
前記第2容器は回転動力によって前記支持板の内部で回転することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第2容器は、内部に圧力を検知する圧力センサー及び温度を検知する温度センサーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。
- 前記第2容器は、内部で発生するボイルオフガス(boil off gas、BOG)を外部に排出させるBOGノズルが連結され、
前記BOGノズルは、
前記第2容器に連結され、前記第2容器の内部のBOGを前記第2容器の外部に排出させる第1BOGノズル;
前記第1BOGノズルに連結され、前記第1BOGノズルを開閉するBOGバルブ;及び
両端が前記BOGバルブとBOG収集装置に連結され、前記BOGバルブの開放によって前記BOGを前記BOG収集装置に排出させる第2BOGノズル;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第2容器は、前記ハイドレートペレットの解離によって発生するガスを外部に抽出するためのガスノズルが連結され、
前記ガスノズルは、
前記第2容器に連結され、前記第2容器の内部のガスを前記第2容器の外部に排出させる第1ガスノズル;
前記第1ガスノズルに連結され、前記第1ガスノズルを開閉するガスバルブ;及び
両端が前記ガスバルブとガス抽出装置に連結され、前記ガスバルブの開放によって前記ガスを前記ガス抽出装置に抽出させる第2ガスノズル;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第2容器は、外周面に回転体と連結される羽部をさらに含み、
前記羽部は、前記回転体の回転動力を受けて前記第2容器を回転させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第2容器に着脱可能に連結されて前記第2容器を開閉する締結部材をさらに含み、
前記締結部材は、
前記第2容器連結され、中央に前記BOGノズルが貫通し、周縁部に前記第1ガスノズル及びガスバルブが内蔵される円柱状の第1締結部材;
前記第1締結部材と一定間隔で隔たって配置され、中央に前記BOGノズルが貫通し、周縁部に前記第2ガスノズルが内蔵される円柱状の第2締結部材;及び
前記第1締結部材と前記第2締結部材との間に設置され、前記第2締結部材を前記第1締結部材に対して回転可能に連結するスラストベアリング;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。 - 前記第2ガスノズルは前記第2締結部材の回転によって前記ガスバルブと同一直線上に配置され、前記ガスバルブの開放によって前記第1ガスノズルと連通されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。
- 前記第2締結部材は、前記ガスの漏出有無を検知するガス漏出センサーが内蔵され、周縁部に前記ガス抽出装置と結合される一対の結合板が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離用容器。
- ハイドレートペレットを第1容器の内部に設置された第2容器に貯蔵する貯蔵段階;
前記第1容器の内部に設置された冷凍機を作動させて前記第2容器の内部温度を一定に維持させ、前記ハイドレートペレットを運送する運送段階;及び
前記第2容器の内部に熱を供給して前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させる解離段階;を含むことを特徴とする、ハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離方法。 - 前記解離段階は、
前記第1容器をコンベヤーベルトで傾いた位置に移動させる容器移動工程;
前記第2容器を水平あるいは傾いた状態で回転体の回転動力によって回転させる容器回転工程;
前記第2容器の内部を加熱して前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させる熱量供給工程;及び
前記ハイドレートペレットの解離によって発生したガスを前記第2容器の外部に抽出するガス抽出工程;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離方法。 - 前記熱量供給工程は、前記第2容器の内面に設けられた熱線に電源を供給して前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させるとかあるいは前記第2容器の内部に設けられた温水流動管に温水を流動させて前記ハイドレートペレットを解離させることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のハイドレートペレットの貯蔵、運送及び解離方法。
