Abstract

本发明提供一种ANG集装箱,包括;框架机构以及设置于框架机构内的压力容器,所述压力容器呈为椭圆形且其内壁设有纳米结构的吸附材料,在所述压力容器上设有入口、出口,所述入口与所述出口上下对称设置,且所述压力容器的顶部设有人孔。该装置内设有吸附天然气的纳米微结构的吸附材料,即使在低压情况下,也可装载大量的天然气;利于天然气的存储,同时,框架机构内的ANG集装箱可以拖车形式装载,大大降低海陆空运输模式变化中的额外人力、物力消耗。

ANG集装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及ANG集装箱技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于存储天然气的ANG集装箱。
背景技术
随着天然气(页岩气)技术的突破,天然气(页岩气)在一次能源结构中的比重越来越大。天然气是一种多组分的混合气体,主要成分是烷烃,其中甲烷占绝大多数,另有少量的乙烷、丙烷和丁烷,此外一般还含有硫化氢、二氧化碳、氮和水气,以及微量的惰性气体,如氦和氩等。在标准状况下,甲烷至丁烷以气体状态存在,戊烷以上为液体。液化天然气(LiquefiedNaturalGas,简称LNG)技术主要包括天然气预处理、液化、储存、运输、利用五个系统。一般生产工艺过程是:天然气经过净化处理后,采用节流、膨胀或制冷剂循环制冷工艺,使甲烷变成液体。甲烷可以作为燃料和重要的化工原料,但是其运输并不是很方便。
然而,天然气通常以管道、压缩态气体、液化的形式运输储存,需要强大的压力和极低温度的才能继续存储,难于低压存储。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种ANG集装箱,用于解决现有技术中无法在低压情况下,继续存储天然气的问题。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种ANG集装箱,包括:框架机构以及设置于框架机构内的压力容器,所述压力容器呈为椭圆形且其内壁设有纳米结构的吸附材料,在所述压力容器上设有入口、出口,所述入口与所述出口上下对称设置,且所述压力容器的顶部设有人孔。
优选地,所述吸附材料表面具有非极性的碳碳键与碳氢键。
优选地,所述吸附材料表面具有极性的碳氧键、羟基和碳硅键。
优选地,所述吸附材料至少包括金属丝、镀金部件与金属薄膜任意一种。
优选地,所述压力容器为钢或/和复合材料构成。
优选地,所述压力容器采用加压方式存储沼气。
优选地,所述框架机构外形呈长方体,该长方体由钢梁组成,钢梁与钢梁之间设有角件固定。
优选地,在所述框架机构上每根钢粱设有固定压力容器的连接件。
优选地,所述入口设有滤除杂质的过滤器。
如上所述,本发明的ANG集装箱,具有以下有益效果:
该装置内设有吸附天然气的纳米微结构的吸附材料,即使在低压情况下,也可装载大量的天然气;利于天然气的存储,同时,框架机构内的ANG集装箱可以拖车形式装载,大大降低海陆空运输模式变化中的额外人力、物力消耗。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种ANG集装箱的结构示意图,包括:
框架机构1以及设置于框架机构1内的压力容器,所述压力容器呈为椭圆形且其内壁设有纳米结构的吸附材料4,在所述压力容器上设有出入口3(入口、出口),所述入口与所述出口上下对称设置,便于天然气穿过纳米材料,被纳米结构的吸附材料4吸收存储,且所述压力容器的顶部设有人孔7。
所述ANG(AbsorbedNaturalGas)它采用活性炭等吸附剂吸附,该活性炭颗粒结构中微空多,适合大量吸附天然气,每克活性炭颗粒的表面积可达3000m2,相对密度为0.6~0.7。在常温、3.5MPa压力下,每克活性炭吸附甲烷可达17g。在标准状态下,1m3活性炭可吸附甲烷170m3
其中,在吸附式甲烷气技术中,甲烷气的储存量可以通过使用物理或化学吸附得到提高。一般提高的量在35个大气压以下是3倍左右。通常,吸附剂制备为颗粒状,一般是木炭或焦炭,压缩后的活性炭颗粒,金属有机物框架结构,或高比表面沸石材料。
在本实施例中,所述人孔7是全应急通气装置,通常与防火器、机械呼吸阀配套使用,既能避免因意外原因造成压力容器内急剧超压或真空时,损坏压力容器而发生事故,又有起到安全阻火作用,是保护压力容器的安全装置,特别适用于贮存物料以氮气封顶的拱顶常压力容器。
具体地,所述吸附材料4表面具有非极性的碳碳键与碳氢键。
具体地,所述吸附材料4表面具有极性的碳氧键、羟基和碳硅键。
在本实施例中,吸附天然气压力容器瓶内填充吸附材料4,吸附材料4部分或全部装在这些集束压力容器中,吸附材料4具有纳米微结构,表面有非极性的C-C(碳-碳)键、和碳-氢键,利用相似相容、或曰相似相溶的原理提高非极性的甲烷分子在纳米吸附剂表面的渗透度,吸附材料4表面同时有极性的碳-氧键,羟基和弱极性的碳-硅键以调节吸附功或者吸附热。
具体地,所述吸附材料4至少包括金属丝、镀金部件与金属薄膜任意一种。
具体地,所述压力容器为钢或/和复合材料构成。
在本实施例,所述过滤材料2为固态或/和液态,该过滤材料2拦阻体积粒径在0~1微米的粉末状吸附材料4,该过滤材料2包括但不限于为化学溶剂,且过滤材料2可为丝、网、布、颗粒的面状材料或/和体状材料。
所述过滤材料为金属丝、镀金属件、金属薄膜、或炭黑类材质中任意一种。
所述压力容器上设有用于更换过滤材料的密封接口,通过密封能接口可再生或更换过滤材料,当通过阀组关闭进、出气口的压力容器,通过操作密封接口,实现过滤材料替换。
所述压力容器为金属材料或/和非金属材料制成,可存储天然气、页岩气等。
具体地,所述压力容器采用加压方式存储沼气,使得压力容器能够在一定压力下,装载更多的天然气。
具体地,所述框架机构1外形呈长方体,该长方体由钢梁组成,钢梁与钢梁之间设有角件5固定。使得装载吸附天然气的压力容器部分可以封装到框架集装箱、标准集装箱结构配合集装箱拖车装载形式进行运输。
具体地,在所述框架机构1上每根钢粱设有固定压力容器的连接件2。其中,所述连接件2可为锁扣、焊接、铰接等。
具体地,所述入口设有滤除杂质的过滤器6,所述过滤器6滤除天然气中的水汽、二氧化硫等气体。
综上所述,本发明该装置内设有吸附天然气的纳米微结构的吸附材料4,即使在低压情况下,也可装载大量的天然气;利于天然气的存储,同时,框架机构1内的ANG集装箱可以拖车形式装载,大大降低海陆空运输模式变化中的额外人力、物力消耗。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (9)

1.一种ANG集装箱,其特征在于,包括:框架机构以及设置于框架机构内的压力容器,所述压力容器呈为椭圆形且其内壁设有纳米结构的吸附材料,在所述压力容器上设有入口、出口,所述入口与所述出口上下对称设置,且所述压力容器的顶部设有人孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述吸附材料表面具有非极性的碳碳键与碳氢键。
3.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述吸附材料表面具有极性的碳氧键、羟基和碳硅键。
4.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述吸附材料至少包括金属丝、镀金部件与金属薄膜任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述压力容器为钢或/和复合材料构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述压力容器采用加压方式存储沼气。
7.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述框架机构外形呈长方体,该长方体由钢梁组成,钢梁与钢梁之间设有角件固定。
8.根据权利要求7所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,在所述框架机构上每根钢粱设有固定压力容器的连接件。
9.根据权利要求1所述的ANG集装箱,其特征在于,所述入口设有滤除杂质的过滤器。
